Garzas de aterrizaje está muy bien situado en la hermosa, cerrada, Terra Verde Resort, a pocos minutos de Disney, el casco antiguo, restaurantes y tiendas. La casa se encuentra en un lugar apartado, adosado a la conservación del bosque, sin embargo, a sólo 2 minutos a pie alrededor del lago de pesca recurso, para el complejo casa club y piscina comunitaria.
El club ofrece algo para todos. Aparte de la piscina climatizada para niños, también hay un tiki-bar, juegos para niños, canchas de baloncesto y voleibol, sala de juegos, gimnasio, sauna, sala de wi-fi, tenis y tenis de mesa.
La casa tiene un patio privado orientado al sur, este, que no se pasa por alto y es perfecto para tomar el sol, con un jacuzzi / spa para refrescarse. Hay un amplio aparcamiento en la parte delantera.
En el interior, la casa está completamente climatizado, con ventiladores de techo en los 3 ambientes para mayor comodidad. Las toallas y ropa de cama se proporcionan y no tendrán que llevar nada pero la ropa y traje de baño!

Lots to do onsite, close to the parks!

This place was perfect. Unit was clean, had everything we needed, check in was easy. Great pool and relaxing areas. Close to everything and the parks. Will stay here again!!

Great location and home

Perfect location close to Disney and Universal, but far enough to not feel too busy. Great home. Loved the hot tub after a long day.

New Year's Stay

Great stay for Orlando Visit

The house is in a gated community, and there is an additional $20 charge for quick gate access into the community. The house itself was fantastic, and the hot tub was a great bonus. It's about 30 mins drive to main parks in Orlando.

Excellent Herons Landing

This was a perfect house for our wonderful stay in Orlando. It is near the parks but is far enough away to feel like you get a break from the busy day that is a Disney Park. Terre Verde has its own pool and Tiki Bar that are both perfect for relaxing. The house has three large bedrooms, which could sleep six easily. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a patio area if you wish to sit outside.

Everything was as expected

We loved the location and the property was just as expected. Other than some miss communication to enter property (missing email) our stay was great. Place was clean and we were not in need of anything.

Great Easter holiday at Terra Verde!

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a lovely stay. The house was super clean and tidy on arrival and exactly as described / advertised. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The Terra Verde gated communal area was really lovely, the pool was warm with plenty of beds and the pool bar was great. Can't fault our stay, would recommend if you're looking for more space / great facilities near to Disney etc. Thank you Ken! :)

Awesome

The property was very clean, and well maintained. As you entered the townhouse it felt warm and inviting, it is decorated very nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of everything that you need, even a large pizza tray. This place was everything we needed from the outside patio to the upstairs bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again! Outside clubhouse pool was also a great relaxing addition to our stay. Thanks again Ken!

Can no fault the place

Had everything promised, some minor niggles that I let the owner know about but nothing that affected my stay, only a short 5 min walk to the club house and pool, plenty of parking in front of the house, WiFi was fast, never used the hot tub not really my thing but was clean and hot. All in all we had a fantastic experience here. Thanks

Comfortable home

We loved having our own space on holiday, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the property felt very safe. The only downside was the over-chlorination of the pool and hot tubs. We had bathing suits severely bleached, hair fried, and several rashes within our group and a family we met while there. If you don't have sensitive skin it would probably be fine.

Well needed Thanksgiving Getaway

We traveled from NC to Kissimmee to spend Thanksgiving with my son who is an intern with Disney. This has been a year of many challenges, so it was so refreshing to arrive at our home away from home and find that it was everything that we expected and more. Ken welcomed us before the trip and stayed in contact while we were there. I was able to prepare a traditional fully cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the resort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed walking around the resort, Enjoying the weather and Christmas decorations that were up. My family enjoyed all the comforts of home. Thank you

Exceeded our expectations!!

We surprised our three kids (11, 9, 7) with their first trip to Disney and this house was the icing on the cake! It was so great to come back from the parks every night to this exceptionally clean, comfortable home away from home where the owners have thought of everything. We also enjoyed a memorable "down" day at the pool and playground. The home and development were everything we expected and more. The few times we needed information from the front desk, they were friendly and knowledgable. Ken was also wonderful to work with. I've already recommended staying here to one friend and will talk it up any time Disney comes up in future conversations! You will love it!

Perfect!

This Terra Verde town home is clean, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. It was perfect for our group of 3 moms with teenage daughters and so comfortable that we felt "right at home" immediately. All amenities were exactly as described and photos accurate. Although we didn't cook much because we were busy having fun, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The Terra Verde resort property met our expectations as well; overall it was quiet and relaxing. It was a short drive to the convention center where we had a volleyball tournament and also close to the theme parks. The owner was easy to work with, responded to my many questions graciously, and provided additional, helpful information about the area. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Great Place to Stay

We all really loved the place. Had a lot of room for us and the Hot Tub was great. The kids loved the pool, they played basketball as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

We live in London, England but spend a number of weeks each year at the house ourselves, mostly when it's colder at home but also often in late Spring and late Summer/early Autumn.

Although we are lucky to have excellent local professionals looking after our house and guests when we're not here ourselves, our frequent visits enable us to keep on top of things and to make repairs & improvements as necessary, as we go along.

We personally stayed at many locations in the Orlando area over the years but when we decided ti invest in our own vacation home, Terra Verde stood out as the best equipped and most convenient location for our needs, being close to all the attractions, while offering privacy & security that is hard to find elsewhere.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We chose our house on Terra Verde because of it's perfect situation, just a short walk from all the resort amenities but not too close to the main clubhouse, so that we can enjoy the peace & quiet of the rear patio, which looks out onto an open grassed area and conservation woodland.
