Garzas de aterrizaje está muy bien situado en la hermosa, cerrada, Terra Verde Resort, a pocos minutos de Disney, el casco antiguo, restaurantes y tiendas. La casa se encuentra en un lugar apartado, adosado a la conservación del bosque, sin embargo, a sólo 2 minutos a pie alrededor del lago de pesca recurso, para el complejo casa club y piscina comunitaria.
El club ofrece algo para todos. Aparte de la piscina climatizada para niños, también hay un tiki-bar, juegos para niños, canchas de baloncesto y voleibol, sala de juegos, gimnasio, sauna, sala de wi-fi, tenis y tenis de mesa.
La casa tiene un patio privado orientado al sur, este, que no se pasa por alto y es perfecto para tomar el sol, con un jacuzzi / spa para refrescarse. Hay un amplio aparcamiento en la parte delantera.
En el interior, la casa está completamente climatizado, con ventiladores de techo en los 3 ambientes para mayor comodidad. Las toallas y ropa de cama se proporcionan y no tendrán que llevar nada pero la ropa y traje de baño!

Comfortable home

We loved having our own space on holiday, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the property felt very safe. The only downside was the over-chlorination of the pool and hot tubs. We had bathing suits severely bleached, hair fried, and several rashes within our group and a family we met while there. If you don't have sensitive skin it would probably be fine.

Can no fault the place

Had everything promised, some minor niggles that I let the owner know about but nothing that affected my stay, only a short 5 min walk to the club house and pool, plenty of parking in front of the house, WiFi was fast, never used the hot tub not really my thing but was clean and hot. All in all we had a fantastic experience here. Thanks

Great stay for Orlando Visit

The house is in a gated community, and there is an additional $20 charge for quick gate access into the community. The house itself was fantastic, and the hot tub was a great bonus. It's about 30 mins drive to main parks in Orlando.

Great Easter holiday at Terra Verde!

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a lovely stay. The house was super clean and tidy on arrival and exactly as described / advertised. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The Terra Verde gated communal area was really lovely, the pool was warm with plenty of beds and the pool bar was great. Can't fault our stay, would recommend if you're looking for more space / great facilities near to Disney etc. Thank you Ken! :)

Awesome

The property was very clean, and well maintained. As you entered the townhouse it felt warm and inviting, it is decorated very nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of everything that you need, even a large pizza tray. This place was everything we needed from the outside patio to the upstairs bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again! Outside clubhouse pool was also a great relaxing addition to our stay. Thanks again Ken!

Very roomy for my family of four. Not bad driving distance to Universal. Hot tub came in handy after a day in the parks.

Great Place to Stay

We all really loved the place. Had a lot of room for us and the Hot Tub was great. The kids loved the pool, they played basketball as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice place to stay

Host is excellent to communicate with and very helpful and prompt. Condo is very nice and well stocked with appliances and cooking tools, except for I don't think the management company handling the property is realistic or personable with regard to supplies. The four of us arrived for a 6 day stay and we had been provided (I'm serious) one half a role total of toilet paper (meaning three close-to-emply roles in the bathrooms), no paper towels, no kleenex, only two tiny wrapped hotel bars of soap (one at kitchen sink, one in master bath but nothing in other baths), ONE (count it ONE) dishwasher tab for cleaning dishes over 6 days!! And ONE plastic trash bag for the stay. Ridiculous for four people in a six night stay. When we asked the office for additonal supplies we were told "Your unit isn't one that allows for supplies. You'll have to buy your own cleaning supplies." That is NOT what the property description described! NOTHING that we were were lacking is expensive for the host to provide, BUT it gets expensive for the guest when they have to purchase and apparently leave behind, more supplies than they will need during the stay. The host should provide AT LEAST enough cleaning supplies to accommodate the number of guests and days they are are staying. And to add to the frustration, when we arrived, there were no towels because a huge pile was still laying in the dryer, not put away with the unit ready for us. So, I'm not happy with their management company or cleaning service, but the host themselves were very nice and accommodating. I'm not sure they are aware their management company is giving their guests this kind of negative first impression. The unit is very nice. The neighborhood is very nice. The gated entry and guard are very nice. Just please provide your other guests enough basic supplies to make their stay reasonable and enjoyable - and them able to BE responsible with keeping it up correctly while staying here. :)

Minor inconveniences

Could’ve been a perfect stay.. no seal on the front door letting little bugs in, ac went out first night, no need for a hottub when you wake up sweaty. WiFi was out the last night of our stay so we had to use an iPad to watch something. Hope these issues are fixed. Didn’t get a final response from the renter I guess after checkout they don’t have to.

House was clean and well stocked with towels and and cooking utensils you could need. Hot tub was amazing after the long days at the parks when all hotel amenities would be closed. Tv downstairs wasn't working but the one in the kiddos room was all set and ready to go with Disney+ and the property management had very quick response time . My 4 year old who is not a fan of sleeping away from home asked to come back again next time we go to Disney , it truly felt like home

Wonderful vacation spot

We had a great time. The house clean and the neighbor was super safe and taken care of. The community is really close to Walmart, Walgreens and a 7eleven. Also, it was only about a 30 minute drive to all the top theme parks. Definitely would stay again!!

Cute place and Resort

This was perfect for what we needed! 30-45m drive to the parks but worth it for the price. Had private hot tub and the resort amenities like the pool, tiki bar, and basketball courts were great and not crowded at all! We stayed at the end of June. We will definitely return if visiting the area again.

Enjoyed the property

There were four adults staying on property. We had lots of room and the backyard was very relaxing. Close to Disney World. We would stay there again. Also good communication with the property manager.

We came for a cheer competition and the location was perfect for all we needed to do. Enjoyed this place a lot and will for sure come back!

Tastefully decorated home in family friendly neighborhood

Ken’s home is very clean and tastefully decorated. It included all of the essentials and everything worked as it should. The kids really enjoyed the spacious pool and bikes that were provided. This home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great location

Everything was great except the dishes were not washed well, the silverware had to all be rewashed as did several glasses and mugs. I think whoever stayed before us probably put dishes away like that so I don't blame the owners. I will say the dishwasher worked just fine but sounds so awful it may be on its last leg. For the price we payed we were very happy. It was priced right for our family. It's about 30 minutes to Universal and seemed to be closer to Disney. We loved the jacuzzi for a good soak after a day at the parks or even on our rest days and we also loved the pool area and club house. Thank you so much for letting us use your house.

We live in London, England but spend a number of weeks each year at the house ourselves, mostly when it's colder at home but also often in late Spring and late Summer/early Autumn.

Although we are lucky to have excellent local professionals looking after our house and guests when we're not here ourselves, our frequent visits enable us to keep on top of things and to make repairs & improvements as necessary, as we go along.

We personally stayed at many locations in the Orlando area over the years but when we decided ti invest in our own vacation home, Terra Verde stood out as the best equipped and most convenient location for our needs, being close to all the attractions, while offering privacy & security that is hard to find elsewhere.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We chose our house on Terra Verde because of it's perfect situation, just a short walk from all the resort amenities but not too close to the main clubhouse, so that we can enjoy the peace & quiet of the rear patio, which looks out onto an open grassed area and conservation woodland.
