Overall stay was great! Nice comfy little place, perfect for couples get away! Nice hot tub and cute kitchen. Was dog friendly as well. Only issue we had was at night there’s motion/security lights that come on in the back and the front that shines through the windows.

Really Nice Property

Studio stay was perfect for our needs. Very quiet and safe area. The bathroom was amazing and the tub was a definite highlight for me. The place is small and cozy, and the fenced backyard is quite large, which is nice.

We absolutely loved this cute little home. The yard was large and perfectly fenced for our corgis. the hot tub was clean and at a perfect temperature. We were there for a tennis playoff, and the house is located right in the middle of the two facilities. Communication with Lacey was easy and prompt. Highly recommend Ara Sushi and Howard Amon Park.

Yes clean, yes pet friendly, yes as expected. Had minor glitch getting into property upon arrival; handled quickly. Nice little place. Recommend eye mask for sleeping or blackout curtains in living area. The security lights go on and off all night. Sweet welcome basket, though we did not drink the sparkling wine. We enjoyed touring around the area.Thank you!

Awesome, cute and cozy place

Great place! Super quiet even being right across from one of the schools! When I found out the location, I was a bit concerned about traffic and noise…but it was no issue at all! So many things close by for groceries, pharmacy if needed, places to eat, etc.The owner had some really nice touches when we arrived. The property is as described! And even though there is no photo of the hot tub, it is there and was clean! I got to use it once during our 4 night stay…but only once because our schedule was so jammed packed with fun things that we were tired at the end of the day! The bed was sooooo super comfy that all our tired and aches melted away just laying in bed!The cleaning crew missed one small detail, but Lacey 100% made it right the very next day and we were pleased with the resolution! Which reminds me…communication with Lacey was super and she was quick to respond!We would definitely stay here again!

Marvelous and cozy!

What a fantastic place to stay! Lacey, the property owner, has done a terrific job of creating an inviting and cozy space. There's a great attention to details: the kitchen is well-furnished, the bath and shower are stocked with quality amenities, and you can even tell that careful consideration went into the overall design with the mixture of colors, materials and finishes; there are plants throughout the room, fabric curtains, a mixture of wood and tile, etc. The bed is comfortable. I tend to prefer a slightly firmer mattress while my wife perhaps leans toward more cushy, but we both felt it was far more suitable than many other rentals we've stayed at, where it can range from is-this-a-hammock to plywood stiff. The location is on a relatively quiet side street. It's located across from a middle school. We stayed from late Friday through Monday morning and didn't notice any particular noise disturbances. It's a very short drive into town for restaurants, shops, etc. Given the size of the house, the AC unit works great to cool things down, although our trip was in mid-September... presumably it will work well during hotter periods in the summer. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub in the backyard other than confirming yup, it's there. It did appear to be ready to go if we'd wanted to avail ourselves. Really just a nice place to stay, and should we come back through Richland we'd absolutely stay here again.

Small Studio

The pictures do not show the hot tub, but it does exist. The only downside is I would have preferred to have curtains in the kitchen but otherwise I would stay here again in a heartbeat as it had everything I was looking for in a rental.
