Come and experience the ultimate in a 1 Bedroom Beach Front Condo next to Gulf Shores State Park, Located on the 2nd floor, you’ll feel immersed in coastal vibes on our balcony that overlooks the white sandy beaches — ahhhh, relax to the sounds of the surf or sip coffee or cocktails!
Condo has fabulous updates for the utmost in quality experiences for your getaway.
This 1 bedroom condo has a king size bed and there are two bunk beds designed for children 5' 3" or smaller.
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances with all of the necessary cooking utensils.
• There is a washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay.
The balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs along with two high top chairs. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends.
Our building, Royal Palms, is a desirable vacation spot because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price or crowds. Building amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, fitness room, sauna and steam room. Convenient Parking and walking distance to restaurants.
My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach. Come and experience all that the Gulf has to offer. Make your reservation today!

Check in was easy. The host was in contact and gave us all the information we needed. He allowed us to arrive early and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We were not able to connect to WiFi during our stay but we're able to work around it.

We enjoyed our stay this week, and especially liked being on the 2nd floor where we could load and unload the car right near the condo. Access to the beach is great, and our two 10 year olds loved having an indoor and outdoor pool. Condo was clean, and communication with Daniel was great also. We would recommend this condo.

The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and made getting around easy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, beautiful condo and location

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The location was absolutely perfect! Loved having the door open and watching and listening to the ocean. Views were amazing. Condo was comfortable and king size bed was perfect but could use some softer sheets. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. We will return in the fall.

Great Family Getaway!

Property was well stocked awesome parking, Danny was great to deal with, check in couldn't have been easier, i could go on and on this is definitely my new place for when we travel to the coast. A great place for a small family for sure, Awesome view as well!

We’ll be back!

Location, location, location! This place was perfectly situated on a quieter side of Gulf Shores (next to the State Park, no high rise on the one side), yet close to good restaurants and shopping. It’s in a gated lot. The condo itself was good & overall met my family’s needs. Maybe a little small for a family of 5 but we’d still come back. We had a great view & easy beach access- we watched dolphins from the porch. I’ve recommended to several family members already.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Beautiful location right on the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for a quiet, peaceful vacation for two (no kids this time, though there was room for them next time). Owner very responsive and easily reached. We will be back.

Very clean, cozy condo very conveniently located in Gulf Shores right on the beach. Beautiful Gulf State Park is right next door and there are many good restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location!

Our first family trip to Gulf Shores and this condo met all our needs and more! It was the perfect location on the strip as well as the beach. The balcony is nice and roomy giving a perfect view of the beach and Gulf. The owner was very easy to work with and always reachable. The property grounds and pool were well kept. I would stay at here again!

Perfect location

If you are looking for a place to stay that is more low-key than the high-rise condos, this is the place. It is next to the state park, so there are not as many people as some of the other locations. Danny (property owner) called to see if we arrived and how the check-in went. Unfortunately, I had to call him (he gives his cell phone number), because the microwave wouldn't work. He made sure that we had one to use until he could get the issue taken care of. Everything was clean, the king size bed was amazing, and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning to the condo. Danny is very attentive to his guests needs, and we can't wait to return.

Loved Every Minute

Before we even arrived our host was checking in without to make sure all was good. From the minute we arrived we were met and greeted at the gated parking lot. Was able to park on 2nd level parking and walk right into our condo. Condo was easily accessed and opens up right into the beach on the balcony. Down couple steps or elevator with a very short walk and your on the beach. Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone to stay.

Perfect spot!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend get-away. It had everything we needed, and the owner was great to work with. He called our first day just to make sure everything was okay. The location is great! Would definitely stay here again.

Next door to park with bicycle trails was really nice. Renters should be aware of the beach regulations for tents. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. We would go back again and we might next year if we choose Gulf Shores.

Perfect & peaceful retreat!

We were able to enjoy this amazing, beachfront condo! Plenty of room for our family of four! The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean & quiet and located in a prime location. Literally close to everything! Danny, the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely return in the future.

Convenience with a View

The property was accurate to the description and it was a great experience. I especially liked staying on the second floor because of the ease of access from the parking ramp. I will definitely be looking to this as a year over year experience!

Relaxing Beach Trip

The condo was clean and in a great location. Danny the owner was quick to respond to my texts. The view from balcony was wonderful. The beach was not as crowded as the other resorts. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived but Danny took care of it within an hour. We had a relaxing stay and I would definitely stay here again.
