Completely updated house in the Cove District of Sandusky on Sandusky Bay with private swimming lagoon and dockage right behind the house. Minutes from Cedar Point and Sports Force Park and near Kelleys Island and Put-in-Bay. Has a 6 passenger golf cart for rent and 3 bikes all within 1 mile of downtown Sandusky and all the restaurants. Sleeps 8, If you are a fisherman bring your boat and dock directly behind the house with direct access to Sandusky Bay and Lake Erie! You can fish both Eastern and Western Lake Erie with short trips! September is a great month for walleye with our great hatches over the past 3 years! We have a cleaning station for you to use and we have shore power and electric for your boat! We charge$300 for the week or $75/day for dockage

Beautiful and well appointed home. Perfect for our family over the Labor Day long weekend. Deck and dock area were our favorite places to hangout. As the guys love to fish, the dock was safe for our 8 year old grandson. There are many places to hit for other fishing locations too. The add-on golf cart was a huge bonus. Perfect and well kept home. We enjoyed the kayaks too. Hosts were great with communication. We would definitely consider staying here in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect and in a perfect location for relaxation and thrill (went to Cedar Point). My favorite was sitting on the back porch and my family enjoyed being able to fish right out back! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place

We had such a great time here place was in perfect location and so much to do we loved the back patio and kayaking the hosts were great they left us all info for anything we needed for our stay. Thank you again we will definitely be back

Family Getaway to Lake Erie

We had an excellent stay at this home! It was incredibly well stocked and convenient for our family of 5 (and would have had room for more!). We enjoyed the outside areas/deck/dock and the kids/teens loved swimming, fishing and paddle boarding. We had quiet mornings with breakfast on the Blackstone and coffee on the deck before heading off to activities near by. One quick issue came up with the WiFi (after a storm came through) and we had no problem getting ahold of our hosts and rapidly resolving it. Communication regarding check in etc was great! We would definitely come back!

The perfect place for our stay

We loved everything about this property! This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in town for an Ironman Event. Very clean and ready for us to stay. The back deck and sitting area was awesome. The communication from Tim & Beth were fantastic...which started before we even got checked in. Always quick to respond to any questions we had. It really is a beautiful home! If we are ever in need, we'll be looking for this one to stay in again!

Summer Vacation

We had an absolute blast staying here. Not only did we bring our boat to go out onto Lake Erie, we also got to fish right off the dock! We spent our days either fishing for walleye or enjoying the close proximity of everything. We went to the African safari drive thru, great wolf lodge, and the merry go round museum. The house was everything you could ask for. A wonderful neighborhood, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and much more. It felt as if we were in our own house the whole week. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy ourselves again.

Great Location and Relaxing

House was very clean. Kitchen had all the utensils and cookware you would need. We loved the outdoor area and the hosts were very helpful in getting our boat to the dock. There was also some nice little goodies for us when we got there. Great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Sandusky

This is a great place to stay for those coming to visti Sandusky and Cedar Point. It is tucked away in a quite neighborhood but close to anything you could want to do in Sandusky.

Home away from home!

This property is above and beyond what is outlined in the listing. We traveled for a softball tournament and mixed in some family vacation time too. This home is perfectly located close to the sports park and Cedar Point. Checkin process was easy and we were delighted with all the extra touches provided! The beds were so comfortable!! We absolutly loved the back porch! It was the petfect sport to start and end our days. We caught a lot of fish as well right off the back dock. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

Great stay!

The house was fantastic and the back porch was even better! My kids loved fishing off the docks and eating on the porch. Very quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and Cedar Point. Will be back to stay if we come back to the area again!

Great Stay!

Had a great visit. Property was even better than advertised. Fished each night right off the dock. Kayaked in the morning. House was clean and very well appointed. Had everything you could possibly need right there. We'd intended to spend one day at Cedar Point but the 95 degree heat kept us away. Spent one day at Kalahari Water Park and the other time kayaking on the water and doing some local sight seeing. Tim and Beth were easy to communicate with and great peeps! Would stay again.

Loved Everything About It

What a great rental!! Sandusky is a wonderful little town. The neighborhood was small and sweet. The house was clean and completely stocked with whatever you would need and a little more. The pictures are 100% accurate even of the back porch. We lived on the back porch the entire time we were there. This house could not be more quiet, cozy, and like home. Staying on the bay was so much fun. We were there in June so not many bugs but also not many fish, lol. No worries, the men still had fun lounging in their chairs and trying to catch something. The owners Beth and Tim came by a couple of times and they an amazing couple. We really enjoyed talking to them and asking for sight seeing suggestions. Nothing bad about our stay, in fact all I can think about is going back.

Amazing getaway on lake Erie!

Tim and Beth were amazing hosts!! The house had EVERYTHING we needed and more! They offered to meet us at the house and show us how to get to the property by boat, which was over and above anything we could have hoped for! Plenty of room for our family with comfy beds! An amazing back patio and area to fish and swim!

This is our SECOND stay at this beautiful house! We stayed for 3 days and it was a great experience! Very beautiful location next to the water. Theres a ton of stuff to do within a few blocks! We will for sure be returning again!

Quick Family Getaway

We had an amazing family getaway at this cozy house! The location was perfect to explore the surrounding areas. We absolutely loved coming “home” & our time relaxing on the back patio. We loved every moment of our stay. Highly recommend!

Location Location Location

Perfect little spot for a Sandusky trip. Wether its Cedar Point, the islands or just Sandusky this place is perfect. Very nautical decorations which fit the spot well. Clean and very homey feel. Owners are great and have many extras for renters. If you have a boat or fish this house is extra amazing. Book it!
