Cozy boathouse located at the Cedar Point entrance!

Come enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse/boathouse right at the Cedar Point entrance. Located in the heart of all Sandusky's attractions. 1 mile from Cedar Point, 2 miles from Sports Force, 2 miles from downtown Sandusky and a short boat ride to the islands. There is no lack of things to do in this area.
This house has a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two double beds. Sleeps a family of 4 very comfortably. It also includes two full bathrooms, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Towels and linens provided. House includes Wi-Fi, large smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in each bedroom. TVs are ROKU and you can log into your personal steaming apps as well as free channels. Unwind by sitting outside on the new patio furniture while making some dinner on the grill. If requesting access to the boat well, please send me a message and it will be an additional $100 per stay (no boat lift). This property has two parking spaces available but could have a third vehicle parked directly in front of the patio as long as the street is not blocked.

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF BEFORE YOUR STAY

1. This is a very close boating community filled with wonderful people. Everyone is there to relax and have a good time. Please be courteous and respectful to the residence. Gatherings do happen with the residents and periodic noise maybe heard inside unit as all boat houses have adjoining walls.
2. Take note that the speed limit on the street is 5mph. Please be sure to follow this posted speed as many times there are children and animals crossing.
3. If paying additional fee for access to the boat well, it is use at your own risk and owner will not be responsible for any incidents. No access to the boat lift.
4. No swimming in the boat well or anywhere near the boat houses due to safety issues.
5. No trespassing on any other resident's property.

**Anyone who violates these guidelines will be removed immediately from the property with no refunds**

Amber was a wonderful hostess! The house was clean and comfortable for our family of four. It was ideally located with easy access to all the activities Sandusky has to offer, especially close to Cedar Point. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Lovely and comfortable lodging

Great place

The location was perfect for attending a ball tournament at Sports Force and for going to Cedar Point. Rental was updated, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Convenient Space in Sandusky

Stayed three nights for a baseball tournament at Sports Force and time at Cedar Point. Location was very close to both, clean and comfortable. Host was easy to work with, good communication.

Stayed 2 nights while up for Ohio Bike week! Location was perfect, just minutes from all the excitement for bike week! Place was very clean & cozy! Host was amazing, excellent communication & despite a hiccup with a water pipe busting before we checked in, she was on it to get things cleaned up and finished for our stay in no time! Would definitely recommend this boathouse & hope to make this one our annual stay for bike weeks in our future!

Great place for a Cedar Point trip. Very clean and super comfortable beds

We took a little 3 night trip with our 2 kids(10 and 7). You are only 5 minutes from your parking space at the park. The condo has a nice living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and another bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a laundry room upstairs. Kitchen has what you need and you have your own private parking. We loved it. I hope you enjoy staying here as well. Thanks Amber for allowing us to enjoy your property.

Weekend getaway

This place checked all the boxes for our needs, which was separate bedrooms/ beds and separate bathrooms. We were there to take our 12 yo daughter and her friend to Cedar Point. It was our last weekend of summer before heading back to school. This place is very close to the amusement park and looked exactly as it does in the pictures. It was very clean and the host was very attentive when I had questions. We enjoyed dinner at Piper Creek Wharf, which is also very close to this place. The views and food were awesome! We had a wonderful time. We will definitely book again.

Baseball Tournament Stay

We came to Sandusky for my son’s baseball tournament that was being played at Space Force Park (7 mins away). We spent two days here then handed off to the grandparents so we could meet our “2 day” stay requirement for the tournament. Place was spotless and worked perfect for our needs. We had a nice place to spend time with grandparents after the games. We’d absolutely stay here again over a hotel.
