The studio sits on 10 acres of an orchid and protea farm just over a mile from the beach, and a couple miles from Montana de Oro state park. Find some of California's most amazing beaches, hiking and biking trails in this little known natural wonder. Central to SLO county, means less than 10 minutes to Morro Bay, 20 minutes to Downtown San Luis Obispo or 25 to Avila beach. Paso Robles, Pismo Beach and Atascadero are all less than 45 minutes away. Great restaurants, wineries, shopping, surfing and boating are all within your grasp. Have an outdoor vacation you'll never forget!

Beautiful View

Place was clean and efficient. Was perfect for visiting our friends. We enjoyed all the quiet and beautiful views. The property manager was very helpful and kind. Overall great stay!

Comfortable and convenient stay.

Cozy getaway, has everything you need and was a very convenient location. Lovely views off the deck, we appreciated the automatic lights as you go up the stairs at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing, charming and private!

My girlfriend and I loved staying here as a home base to view the surrounding sites and relax between activities. We enjoyed the view so much that we even spent a day at the property relaxing and bbq'ing. Our host was very accommodating and communicative, making us feel comfortable by answering our question promptly. We loved our stay!

Very easy check-in with good communication. It's great for a couple of nights. Be aware of roosters that start crowing at 6 a.m. If you're a sensitive sleeper, that might be problematic. It's a bit of an odd neighborhood but distance to the coast and local restaurants is fantastic.

Lovely location. Beautiful view of the fields and mountains beyond. Our hosts were very responsive to any needs we had. The apartment was very large for a studio/single and was very well appointed. Much of it seems to be recently renovated. A little TLC is still needed (e.g. the door to the apartment and the shower door). Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

Spectacular views of the mountains, with birding and California native plant viewing adjacent to the property. Minutes away from the El Moro Elfin Forest. Hosts created a comfortable and attractive studio with an expansive deck and thoughtful amenities.

We had a very cozy and nice stay! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We were provided with everything that we needed, including some wonderful recommendations. Definitely a place to stay if you’re visiting the Central Coast!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We appreciated having a kitchenette. It was bright and sunny. The double bed could use a topper as it was very firm. It was a good location, as well.

Birding adventure

Easy access to all our Morro Bay walking sites for fabulous birding. The best coffee I have ever had. Even bought more for home. Beds were comfy. Beautiful sunrises. Owner quick to respond.

Great deal in Los Osos

This property was exactly as represented online and in reviews. We are hoping to relocate to Los Osos and this is perfect for some of our overflow guests. The huge deck was super comfortable and private. There is no coffee maker( French press) but we travel with one so jot a glitch.

Room was very nice, clean and spacious. In also included small kitchen with all needed utensils. Private entry from private terrace. Location is a bit remote, so don't be discouraged, when arriving after dark (our first impression was - where are we?!). Overall we had great experience!

Quiet,comfortable and good location

The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The view of the countryside was great along with sunrises and sunsets. The deck was great to sit on except when it was too hot, which was only one afternoon. The location is easy to get to but you do need to have a car to get around, plus it is a good location if you want to walk the beach or go over the mountains and sip some wine. Seafood in Morro Bay is outstanding. Thanks for a great week!

Nice Studio!

The space was clean and neat, and the hosts were very prompt and easy to work with. The unit is above a garage in a surprisingly industrial setting, but the views off the deck are mostly very nice, and the morning sun is lovely to wake up to. Amenities are pretty good, though I personally would appreciate something more than a french press for coffee-making. Other than some minor niggles, it was a great experience! I'd stay here again.

Nice accomodations

The place itself was nice and clean. Two beds with lots of pillows (beds were a bit firm for me but worked), kitchen area was well equiped. There was a wall electric fire place that we liked. Portable heater and fan, we used the fan. Coffee supplied was really good. Scenery was nice, saw some wildlife in the field. That being said, the water pressure was questionable. Property is on a well. The shower and kitchen sink water pressure were well below normal. I talked to the host about it but was told that can happen on a well so, being there 4 days without a decent shower was not good. That was really my biggest issue.

Quiet central location for exploration.

The apartment is located in a town that is centrally located for enjoying the area. There was very easy access to so many activities. The neighborhood was so quiet and that was GREAT for us. The apartment kitchenette is well stocked and we had all that we needed to enjoy our stay as far as nice towels, shampoo, tea, coffee, etc. the deck is wonderful. It is obvious that a lot of work has gone into making this little place comfortable for guests. There have been comments about the location, that is seems like it is located in a light industrial park. I would not describe it as such, it is just set in the buildings of an old farm. The view from your front windows is great. There is no yard, only the deck to hand out on, but like I said, it is very nice deck.

Very Pleasant Stay

The unit was comfortable, spacious, and nice. The location was very quiet. We especially liked the patio deck with wonderful views. We were fortunate to experience a couple of days with morning sun in Los Osos which would otherwise be foggy or overcast at the Bay during our stay end of May. A short part of the road to the unit was a little rough but expected in rural areas.
