Las vacaciones, festivales de música y diciembre - abril se consideran alturas de la temporada y las tarifas estándar no se aplican.

Ven a disfrutar del legendario La Quinta Resort. Esta propiedad privada de 1700 pies cuadrados Spa Villa (no es una Villa Legacy !!!) ubicado en el complejo La Quinta se puede alquilar como villa completa o como una unidad más pequeña.

Ubicada cerca de Spa La Quinta, esta villa de lujo con 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños cuenta con techos altos y una decoración de principios de California combinada con detalles modernos para una experiencia de lujo.

BAJO LA BLOQUEO SUITE consiste en una habitación con cama King y un gran baño de lujo con azulejos de Talavera, tocador doble, ducha separada y bañera de aumento. Patio cerrado con muebles de patio se abre a un patio junto a la piscina.

Cocina completa con un patio amurallado adicional de la zona del comedor.

Sala de estar con sofá cama y chimenea.

También hay un baño adicional con ducha y lavadora y secadora.

La suite UPSTAIRS LOCK OUT cuenta con una habitación de gran tamaño y cuenta con una cama king size y una sala de estar separada con un sofá cama. También cuenta con un patio con balcón y una chimenea

El piso de arriba también tiene un baño de lujo con azulejos de Talavera, tocador doble, ducha y bañera de aumento.

Great villa! We loved it here!

We're enjoyed this place a lot! Spacious, clean, great location, quiet. We stayed during Thanksgiving weekend and the resort is magical at this time. Owner was very helpful, accessible and easy to communicate. We hope to rent this villa again!

We LOVED our stay at this villa at La Quinta. It was prefect for our family. So clean, quiet, and spacious. The pool right outside our door was great and the tennis courts were close as well. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Will stay here again for sure!

Great place to stay!!!

We love La Quinta and this spa villa is excellent! Great location for tennis lovers. Close to pools, gym, etc. We will go back every year! Owner is very easy to deal with. Love having hotel amenities too. Perfect for families with children. Lots of space and kitchen and washer dryer are a big plus.

Bad experience

If anyone in your family has allergies or asthma not the accommodations for you. Within 30 minutes we had two people with itchy eyes and coughing. The property lacked cleanliness, pullout bed downstairs had green and brown moist spot on the mattress, and the pullout upstairs was broken-hard to accommodate 8 people. Owner offered to bring in rollaways but that was not an option for us, because of the dirty vents in the kitchen and bathroom, and substance on the mattress we had to leave due to our immune compromised guests. We could NOT stay there. Trying to get a credit or our money back but not much luck. We stayed one night out of 7 and checked out. Just an FYI VRBO has a guarantee if your not happy with your accommodations they will find you another property. Unfortunately, I asked the property manager if there was another location we could move to and she said no. Was told they were to advise me of VRBO's guarantee but they did not. CALL VRBO directly if you ever have a bad experience. I have pictures and emails documenting my experience, hope they make it right.

Amazing stay

La Quinta has such a special place in my heart, and this stay was just perfect. I had a little trouble accessing the lock box, but that’s due to juggling a child in tandem who had just seen the pool (and wanted to go swimming at that exact moment...!). I’d stay again in a heartbeat, it was perfect; thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. We will be back!

Like coming home but better

We’ve stayed here several times now, and each time it’s like our own private getaway! The only drawback during our visit this time was the filming of a certain reality show made it impossible to enjoy the rest of the grounds of la Quinta resort. Thanks again for another wonderful stay!

We love La Quinta!

We had a great stay! The villa was wonderful in a great location. Marlo was very easy and accommodating to communicate with. I would like to suggest that the mattress in the pull out sofa be replaced with a better, more comfortable one. It should be able to sleep two people but it was so springy with no padding and tilts backwards. The cushion on top does not cover the mattress and is only large enough for one person. If the sleeper sofa mattress gets replaced we would re-book in a heart beat!

The BEST experience of my life! I will always stay here!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! IT IS GORGEOUS! I am not even sure where to start... I had never used VRBO before or anything like this really... Paranoid cop's daughter from New York much?? lol I was kind of nervous at first using something else besides going through a hotel. From the very beginning Marlo responded to ALL of my questions and concerns immediately. He made me feel comfortable about using VRBO and I felt at ease. His communication and quick responses made me feel confident that this was going to be a great stay! As soon as I entered this gorgeous HUGE Villa I fell in love instantly with the space. It was SO clean. I am OCD and a germaphobe so walking into a place like this made me feel AMAZING! I knew my boyfriend and I were going to have a magical, relaxing few days. The views from our bedroom were gorgeous, peaceful, still and just perfect for our romantic get away. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with all of the necessary things we needed. Of course I brought extra because that is me. lol I didn't need them though.. The bathroom was immaculate! The soak tub was everything! If you are looking for a place to get some peace and quiet... this is the ONLY place to go! It was SO quiet, and calm I didn't want to leave. We even stayed an extra day and Marlo made that so quick and easy for us to do. Teddi who also works with Marlo was a sweetheart and answered my texts right away. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so thoughtful. Honestly this experience showed me to be open and try new things instead of being afraid and not trusting. I read all of the reviews for Marlo and new intuitively that this was the place! My boyfriend and I started off the New Year right! I will recommend this Villa to everyone I know and already have. I truly respect great business like this and will always promote people who care! The Bed by the way is beyond comfortable and sheets were so clean. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. There was even Tide sitting on the Washer. I love clean things and cleaning. :) Morgan's restaurant which is walking distance or literally a 2 minute drive is one of the BEST restaurants I have ever eaten at too btw! Their Old Fashions and NY Steak were to die for! This Villa inspired me.. relaxed me and I will be coming back here in a few months if not sooner. You can't get a better deal than this! I am beyond grateful Marlo. Thank you!

Nice property

Owners seem very nice, some hiccups w/ communication w/ regards to an early check-in charge that we inquired about though hadn't agreed to. Initially left a sour taste in our mouth though we got over it. Otherwise, had a nice time at the property.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic family vacation over the 4th of July. Villa is just as described, inside of La Quinta Resort which is my favorite location in all of the Palm springs area. The pool outside the villa was a bit crowded over the 4th weekend but we found one of the other 40 pools on the property next door that was perfect. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we look forward to our next visit!

Charming Spanish style home

Charming Spanish style vacation rental. We rented the entire unit. Could use a remodel but everything was in working order. Great value for the price. The layout of the home is perfect when traveling with teenagers. Very spacious. We loved having direct access to the pool. A bit of a hike to the main resort but it was nice and quiet. Wifi signal was strong. Beautiful views from every patio. Would definitely rent again.
