Conductor Cottage

Very quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. conveniently located minutes to I5 and downtown! Plenty of shopping and parks just minutes away. 20 minutes to OSU campus, and Reeser stadium, Lebanon and Corvallis hospitals, 10 minutes to LBCC. 30 minutes to Salem. The home will have all you need to enjoy your time here in Albany.
The space
This home is family friendly equipped with kids bunk beds, and high chair. It does have stairs required to enter the home so it's not wheelchair accessible.

***IMPORTANT***
We would like to inform you and make clear to all guests, that there ARE multiple trains that pass through the back of the property at all hours of the day and night (hence the name, "conductor cottage".) We have provided white noise machines in each room to help with any noise during your stay. My wife and I live next door and have no issues with the train noise. With two kids under 4 neither of them wake up because of the train.

The train is a huge hit with kids! they love watching it go by! feel free to head out the backyard and check it out!

The bathroom is newly remodeled and is GORGEOUS! The fan has a built in bluetooth speaker so you can jam out while you're in there! Heaters and A/C are in every room. Each room also has smart TV's with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu+TV. sports channels, kids channels and many more options.

Off-street parking for 3-4 vehicles. parking is located in the back of the house.
