The location was better than advertised - right by the ocean. The house was clean and well-stocked. Great size for a family with 2 teens who “need space”

Close to a great beach

Excellent stay in Ft Pierce

The house was just perfect for our family when we visited Ft Pierce. Close proximity to the beach and a nearby park for the kids made for a great week. Amenities were on point and made for a very easy stay!

Lovely stay!

Just what we needed for a nice beach weekend. The property is so close to the beach. Nice fenced in yard for our fur baby and there is a great dog beach down the road about 10 minutes. Comfy beds, place has everything you need.

Florida stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The house is a very short walk to the beach. The host had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach cart available for our use. Big plus since we didn't have to pack these bulky items.

Good location. A few games for the kids. Not as much seating outdoors as pictured. The house could use a good cleaning, it’s dusty and lots of sand in the closets, under the beds. There is an additional bed in kids room that’s not pictured. Poor water pressure throughout the house. Dryer was broken.

During your stay, no cleaning issues were reported, so we’re not sure what might have caused your concerns. Regarding the dryer, it functions properly when used according to the instructions, and overloading can prevent it from working correctly. Our cleaning team was to use it successfully on the correct settings.

The purpose of our trip was to attend my sister’s memorial. It was not an easy trip. The house and ocean provided a comfortable spot to gather and reflect with my kids.

Nice Ranch Home Near Beach

Location is what makes this property great. Property is 1/2 block from beach, close to restaurants. Nice fenced in yard for dog/kids. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. smart TVs throughout. House is a bit dated and somewhat on the dark side inside. Lanai is nice but grill is rusted and unusable.

Exactly what we were looking for

We had a wonderful stay at Hutchinson Island. The VRBO had enough space for us all. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook at home (even spices). The outdoor amenities were great (new bikes, chairs, chair travel thingy, beach cart to put all your stuff in, towels). The outdoor space was great for the dog and for hanging with friends and family. Only regret that due to the rain we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit. Great location. Beach across the street and it was empty. Nice and quiet.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean

We really enjoyed our stay here. A stone's throw from the beach, and bikeable to many restaurants/points of interest (bikes included!). The property is nicely appointed, with both a patio and an outdoor firepit seating area. Here's a couple of things to know: The bedroom configuration is more suitable for 2 families with children, than 4 adults, but we knew that going in. Kitchen has all the basics, but if you really like to cook, or want coffee beyond Keurig, bring your own devices. Otherwise, prepare to sit back and relax. This is a comfortable place to land. bk
