Come relax at your gorgeous, mid century/modern, (3bd/1.5ba) beautiful, open concept, solar-powered home. Truly one of Boise's premier locations! Enjoy the hot tub or fire pit on a cool crisp night. Enjoy Esther Simplot park (just 1 block away) and Boise River Greenbelt lined with cute local coffee shops, restaurants & wineries. 4 Bikes and 2 paddle boards are available to use. 10 min to BSU/ExtraMile Arena. 10min to Boise Airport. 7 min to Idaho Central Arena. 5 min to Idaho State Capital.

This 1971 home has been been tastefully remodeled, while still maintaining its original Boise-charm. Every bed has as a high end, purple brand mattress so that you get the rest that you deserve! With warm, fuzzy blankets & white fluffy towels, you'll find that everything here is clean & incredibly comfortable.

Look for our provided house manual if you want to live like the locals. We've outlined all of our favorite places to eat, drink & enjoy what Boise has to offer.

We loved the location! We are avid walkers and it was great to walk along the Greenbelt, beautiful Symplot park and to all the wonderful restaurants. The house was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the patio area. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Will plan to stay again.

Great Place that is located close to downtown

Clean- Everything worked. Really liked the fireplace outside in the front- They did have a good selection of sports equipment to use in garage.

Selfishly I hate to write this review because I would love to stay here again and again! This is a small house but incredibly functional and well done. Three very nice bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen great bathroom. The attention to the important details such as fragrance free laundry detergent no horrible plugged in Glade scent devices, no ridiculous signs that normal people don’t put up in their house. Concise but complete instructions, rules that are reasonable and straightforward. Seriously would love to stay here again great location great price just awesome.

Our group had an incredible stay at this Boise home! The house was spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. We especially loved its perfect location—just steps from the Greenbelt, which made it so easy to hop on bikes or take a scenic walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries.The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and having such easy access to outdoor activities added so much to our trip. After long days hiking and exploring Boise, it was great to come back to a home with excellent amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like our own.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-equipped place to enjoy Boise!

Work trip

This place was amazing!! From the communication with the owners to all of the little extras that made us feel at home. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The fire pit, hot tub, and extra thoughtful items were so appreciated (extra throw blankets, fresh filtered water, shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, and much more)! The beds were super comfortable and everything we needed was there. Any questions we had were answered immediately. I definitely recommend this property and will stay here again

The house is really cute with a large kitchen. Hot tub is great too! It’s totally new and modern in the inside with lots of amenities. Highly recommend! Plus Taylor is great and answers any questions quick!

Family loved the house!

Had a ton of fun. My kids learned to throw metal tip darts, play ladder golf, get out on bikes and loved the hot tub + bunk beds and tons of uno games and others provided by the host. Don’t miss out. Book the house now!

Great rental while visiting family

Rental house was near where some of our family lived. We enjoyed our stay,and we had no issues. We used the pack and play for our 2 month old. We brought a pack and play sheet with us. Our other kids liked the games and books. We could walk to the park across the street

College Visit

We stayed here for a long weekend for our son to visit BSU. Perfect location!! Right across from the whitewater surf spot and park. We took scooters to the college and went to a football game. Very convenient!! The house is very well kept and clean:) Taylor was very easy to communicate with. 5 stars for us! We will be back!

Beautiful, tidy, great location

A block or 2 away from a beautiful park, cute little home with beautiful decorations, plenty of space for our family of 7. Highly recommend. We spent lots of time in the big hot tub outside and roasted some marshmallows over the fire pit outside. Our kids were all sad to leave. One went around saying goodbye to each of the rooms, almost crying thinking about leaving the hot tub for good, lol.

Everything We Needed & More

This rental was everything we needed as a home base during our stay in Boise. The host, Taylor, did an amazing job communicating with us leading up to our stay, as well as during and after. The property is beautiful and the perfect size for myself and a friend vacationing with our three kiddos. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely be booking this listing for future visits to Boise.

BSU Graduation Weekend

We had a lovely time staying at this darling property. It was perfectly clean and new. It had everything we needed. It was a fun location. We walked the river, rented scooters, and enjoyed coffee at a nearby local coffee shop. The hosts were very good at communicating with us and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

This property is so cute and modern and clean. The owners are very responsive and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. I loved the location and was able to go on hour walks each day on the greenbelt. We enjoyed spending our Easter holiday here!

Cute spot

This house is a cute spot. Easy to get to and from the park, downtown, etc. just make sure to bring any kitchen basic pantry items though (no s&p ground). And the walk to the hot tub is over gravel and grass- so a pair of flip flops would be a good idea. And don’t forget your logins if you want to use the apps on the smart tv. Otherwise- the kitchen space is awesome and the rooms are great!

We are a family with two small children, living only 15min away in Meridian, Idaho. After moving the area in 2020, we absolutely fell in love with this area by the Boise River and couldn't wait to own a property near Esther Simplot Park. Whether it was for the farmer's markets on 34th St, watching the surfers surf the river, or walking to amazing restaurants and coffee shops, we know you will love this beautiful location.

The property itself was completely remodeled in late 2021, with cute, modern touches. The kitchen island is stunning with hanging lights, barstools & an incredibly detailed granite counter top. The property has a long stretch of green grass and front patior area to hangout by the firepit. We added the hot tub in the back for the crips winter nights.

Walk 3 minutes to Alchemist Coffee Shop. Take the bike 5 minutes to Boise River, and ride along the green belt to waterfront restaurants, breweries & wineries all the way downtown to BSU, the Zoo and all the shops and restaurants Boise has to offer!
