We invite you to enjoy this beautiful townhome in one of Houston's historical neighborhoods, Riverside Terrace. Enjoy privacy, fast wifi, and spacious accommodations as you're just a 7 minute drive into downtown, 10 minutes to the Medical Center, and 5 minutes to the museum district. When you arrive, you will find a two car garage and an additional onsite parking spot, as well as a beautiful roof top terrace with skyline views.

This is a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home to accommodate up to 8 guests, including:

*Queen beds in all rooms plus a queen inflatable mattress available.
*Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, Keurig coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, and a toaster.
*Full size washer and dryer
*Smart TVs in living room (55”) and all bedrooms (43”) with Roku & Netflix
*Downtown and Midtown restaurants, shops, cinemas, nightlife entertainment etc. are all within 5-10 minute driving distance.
*Contactless Check-in via smart lock

The townhome is in a gated community where you will have access to a two car garage, a private parking spot next to the home, and free street parking.

I am just a quick phone call, text message, or email away. I will be sure to answer your questions and respond to your needs immediately.

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Tiffany was easy to reach out to and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you need a place near museum district

40th Birthday Trip

We were 3 couples who came to Houston to celebrate a 40th Birthday. This location met our expectations plus more. Every place we went was within 15 mins of the home. It’s really in a central location and easy access to everything. The home was beautiful and exactly how advertised. Ms. Tiffiny was attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Perfect for us

This townhouse was perfect for us because it was close to our family that we were visiting. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The property manager, Tiffiny, even checked in with us to make sure we were settling in. She always replied quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely stay there again.

Birthday trip

The check in process went very smoothly and was able to pay extra for early check in which was perfect for us because of our early arrival. We had issues with the Roku on the tv but we figured it out. The house was clean and smelled fresh. The location of the property was near everything we had planned to do which was perfect. I would book again in the future.

Lovely home, very cozy

Tiffiny was very responsive and helpful in her communication. The home is lovely and spacious - very comfortable! It was quiet and easy to get to several main areas of Houston. While we didn’t find a lot of walkable businesses nearby, there’s a lovely trail that goes through a college campus. The rooftop deck and this walking path made for a peaceful way to start our mornings.

Nothing Short of Amazing!

This was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at! The host made the process so smooth & was so accommodating. The check in process was simple and the house was GORGEOUS! Super spacious & luxurious. The pictures don’t do it justice! The location is super close to everything and there are two bars in walking distance from the home. I literally have no complaints and I’m hoping I can book this property each time I visit Houston! THANK YOU!

Would have been 5 stars

Beautiful place with very comfortable beds and furniture. The only issue was that it took 11 hours for Tiffiny to turn on the heat after my request. It would have been more comfortable if we had control of our temperature.
