Step outside to your retreat featuring a pergola with string lights, white-gravel landscaping, bamboo, palms, a seasonal stock-tank pool, picnic table, grill, and wood-burning fire pit. Perfect for relaxing, working, or exploring Houston.
Our property:
Welcome to a modern and spacious two-story townhome designed with a clean boho-minimalist style. The first floor features a cozy living room with a 55” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six, a half bathroom, and a private master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—each with a queen bed—set on opposite ends of the floor for added privacy, along with a full shared bathroom.
Step outside to your own backyard oasis, complete with a pergola and string lights, a picnic table, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), a wood-burning fire pit, a seasonal stock-tank pool, and bamboo landscaping that creates a relaxing outdoor vibe perfect for unwinding day or night.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms.
You’ll also have access to a private backyard, which includes the pergola, picnic table, charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), fire pit (wood logs available), and the seasonal stock tank pool.
For longer stays, the washer and dryer will also be available. Laundry access is offered for reservations of three nights or more, as this helps us keep cleanings running smoothly while still giving extended-stay guests the convenience of doing laundry at home.
Parking for up to 2 cars is included in the driveway, and you’ll receive a unique smart lock code for easy self check-in.
Other details to note:
• No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Visitors must be approved in advance.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Extra visitors or overnight guests incur a $100 fee per person.
• Pets are welcome (up to 2) with a $100 pet fee. Please notify us beforehand.
• The backyard is private and includes a pergola with lights, a picnic table, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), a fire pit (wood logs only), and a seasonal stock tank pool.
• Washer and dryer are available for stays longer than 3 nights. Laundry detergent is not provided.
• The stock tank pool is open only during warmer months (closed in winter).
• Standard blinds (not blackout) may let in some morning light.
• Two exterior security cameras monitor the front and backyard for safety only.
• If anything requires attention (AC, plumbing, appliances), please report it early so we can assist promptly.
• For short stays (1–3 nights), we provide one towel set per guest.
• Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out is available for $15 per additional hour, subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
• Parking: The driveway fits 2 cars. Please pull in straight due to a small drainage dip on the sides. While this is very rare, we’re unable to take responsibility for any vehicle damage caused by improper parking.
