Newly Remodeled Coastal Home. This bright and cheery home feels like a perfect retreat cottage! The location is only a 7-mile drive to the local beach! Everything inside the home is newly updated for your perfect Florida vacation!

Our home is located close to all kinds of shopping. The local Anna Maria Island is a favorite of travelers, especially beach and sunset seekers. A truly laid-back vacation awaits travelers!

This property is located just minutes from downtown Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Robinson's Preserve, and several beaches. A sunny Bradenton vacation can include adventures in kayaking, sunset boat tours, wave running, charter boat fishing, canopy bridge, alligator viewing, or pontoon boat rides. This location also allows opportunities for day trips to Myakka State Park, Weeki Wachee Springs, Mote Marine Aquarium & Research Center, University Town Center, Adventure Island, Busch Gardens, Sea World, or Disney World.

Additionally, Bradenton has almost limitless options for dining out. From fine dining to casual dining to dining with a view, our town offers a delicious variety of restaurant experiences.

This house is almost brand new. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed. The second bedroom provides a queen-sized bed and a desk for those who want to work remotely while vacationing. Both bedrooms include mounted televisions. The bathroom is brand new with sparkling white tile and glass shower door. The side-yard provides green space with lawn chairs for outdoor relaxation! The front patio provides a comfortable outdoor space to enjoy a morning coffee.

Home away from home

This little cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's clean, beautifully updated, quiet, and close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. It's definitely our home away from home. We love it here!

This house was amazing perfect location and was such a great way to get away after our wedding so close to the beach and Deb thought of everything to have in house! Even loved the binder full of recommendations for food near us.

Lovely Florida Cottage

Very nicely updated Florida cottage. Location is good. Very clean. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is Internet and wifi was on and off throughout the 2 weeks we were there; and the owner was hard to get a hold of.

This property was so nice. In a quiet neighborhood, great location- close to local attractions and beach! The house was so warm & welcoming. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. A TV in every room plus lots of extras throughout!!

Deb thought of everything for this property, from the kitchen being stocked with everything needs to cook and eat to the beach chairs/umbrella and even some toiletries, the place had everything! Would highly recommend!

Everything you want in Bradenton

House is in wonderful condition as it seems virtually new. Bed was great and neighborhood is quiet. School a couple of blocks away. Location is very central in Bradenton providing easy access to downtown (great farmer's market), the Riverwalk, Cortez(fresh seafood right off the boat) and Anna Maria island. Also very dog friendly area, outdoor areas and most restaurants.

Beautiful Home!

This home is gorgeous! Well equipped with beautiful yard! Host was very responsive! We were very comfortable with it all! It was only a few dollars more than a hotel and we didn’t have to deal with an elevator. Thanks Deb!

Fantastic Experience

Everything about this home was done extremely thoughtfully from the beauty of the home to the attentiveness of the hosts. Absolutely first class all the way. Book this fast because it will be taken quickly. It's in a perfect location where you are minutes from the beaches of Ann Marie Island. We had the best time!

Just as shown!

This house was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. We have never stayed in a cleaner or well stocked house. Deb has the same taste as we do in decor, so we felt right at home. This house is centrally located in Florida so we found a different direction to go each day and enjoyed the sunshine and shopping. We will keep our eyes on this one for future stays.

Perfect Gem

This little cottage is by far the cleanest we've stayed in. It has all the touches and accommodations that exceeded our expectations. It is so comfortable that if we have had daily plans, we would've been comfortable just staying put. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful, clean, and has the best shower! They kitchen has everything you might need. The dishwasher is a bonus a week as the washer and dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. It is only 10 miles from the beach. Speaking of the beach, there are even beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach trolley, and a cooler in the shed. We highly recommend this cottage. The owners are quick to accommodate any needs that may arise and are quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be staying here again.
