Escape to your cozy waterfront 2-bedroom cottage, kayaks & canoes included!

Nestled in the heart of Crystal River, this charming 2-bedroom cottage offers a cozy and inviting retreat for your next vacation. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, where you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and catch your favorite shows on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels.

Venture outside and soak in the stunning water views from the porch, or gather around the fire pit for a relaxing evening under the stars. This cottage includes a small boat launch, available are 2 kayaks ( a single and a double) 2 canoes, a fishing pole for your outdoor adventure. We have a fish cleaning station on property as well. The cottage also features a game room with a bumper pool table/poker table, as well as a selection of games, books, and toys for the little ones.

Just a short drive away, you'll find the breathtaking Three Sisters Springs, the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge, and the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, offering endless opportunities for outdoor exploration and wildlife sightings. With the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, free WiFi, and all the essential amenities, this cottage is the perfect home base for your Crystal River getaway.

Clara was sweet and quick to any question i had. The home was very clean and felt comfy and cozy a home away from home feel. We enjoyed every bit of the back yard , we like to explore. We went on a kayak paddle, and my son enjoyed catching fish at the point. We love this place , want to come back soon.

Got to spend the weekend in a private property with my wife. The property was clean and well decorated. The host provided clear directions to get to the property. Highly recommend. Very likely that we come back.

Peaceful and Relaxing Weekend

Stayed for the weekend. Enjoyed kayaking on the water. Property was quiet and perfect for getting away and relaxing. Tons to do in this house including games. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed this quaint nature filled relaxation spot. It is a good place to relax after spending the day on the water. My family likes to explore so I think next time we will choose a cooler month. Also, for people that would like to book bug spray is a necessity. We kayaked and canoed the canal which was interesting. There were mullet and crabs. All in all , we enjoyed our short stay.Thank you to the hosts that were readily available to solve any problems that arose. Thank you for sharing your space!

Great property for families!

So many fun things to do for the kids to do and great for spending quality time together. Location is perfect and within 20-30 minutes of beaches, manatee swimming and natural springs.

Excellent nature vacation. If you are a nature lover, bird lover, or just want a quiet location to vacation. This is a great stay. Great fishing with lots to do. We made friends wilth the herens. Great fire pit too.

Cozy Clean Two Day Getaway

We were invited by local friends to go scalloping but needed a place to stay due to the large group. We booked this property not knowing the Ozello area, what a great quite clean, and cozy property. We definitely recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful old Florida experience

Beautiful property surrounded by water with lots of trees. Fully appointed outdoor kitchen and 2 fire pits. Home has everything you need and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a nice shower. AC units in each room keep it cool. Loved the outdoor shower, games in the game room and all the outdoor porches to sit and enjoy the beautiful mornings. Enjoyed the out doors dining room. Kitchen was spacious and fully functional. Our only suggestion is that the gate lock should be a little more user friendly because upon arrival in the evening with the mosquitoes it was a little stressful, however, Clara answered our call and helped us right away.

The Ozello Keys are a string of Islands on Florida's nature coast that are fully accessible by car. Nestled between Homosassa Springs and Crystal River. I chose this place as a spot for my family and I to enjoy the great outdoors and truly learn what the Good Old Florida is like. I love this place because it is quiet and peaceful and there is a new adventure every way you look.

I can catch redfish, snook, snapper, mullet, and more off a kayak or canoe in the surrounding canals. These canals surround 3 quarters of the property and leads right out to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a quick and easy small John boat launch right on the property. You are close to the Homosassa Wildlife Park, cute Eateries, Scalloping, Boating, Fishing, and more!!!
