Welcome to your Denver large retreat - two side-by-side homes designed for comfort, fun & connection.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Morning light spills across both homes as you watch the Denver skyline awaken, mountain peaks faintly visible in the distance. Here, space and comfort meet connection, you can gather for shared meals, unwind in the game room, or enjoy the quiet privacy of your own bedroom after a day exploring the city. These twin homes offer flexibility, warmth, and everything you need to settle in and feel at ease.

Sleeping arrangements
Together, the two homes sleep 16+ guests across 8 bedrooms with 9 beds and 6 bathrooms. Each home features a king-bed master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while lower-level bedrooms include queen sleeper sofas and Smart TVs. Extra pillows, blankets, Pack ’n Plays, and room-darkening shades ensure every guest rests comfortably.

Indoor living
Each home spans more than 2,300 square feet of open, light-filled space. The main floors include inviting living rooms with plush seating and 65" Smart TVs, perfect for movie nights or quiet evenings after city adventures. Finished basements transform into game rooms with additional seating and board games, ideal for both family fun and relaxed downtime.

Kitchen & dining
Fully equipped kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, spacious islands, and dining tables ready for shared breakfasts or late-night snacks. You’ll find all essentials for cooking your favorite meals, with coffee makers, toasters, dishwashers, and more for easy cleanup.

Outdoor living
Step outside into fenced backyards with patio seating, a hammock, and BBQ grill. A connecting gate allows movement between the two spaces while maintaining privacy. Patio furniture is seasonal, safely stored during colder months.

Family features
Designed with groups in mind, the homes include Pack ’n Plays, high chairs, and board games to keep every age comfortable and entertained.

Comfort & essentials
Enjoy reliable WiFi, air conditioning, portable fans, heating, and full laundry facilities in each home. Bedrooms include hangers, linens, clothing storage, and irons. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels.

Neighborhood
Located in Denver’s Regis neighborhood, you’ll be minutes from Tennyson Street’s restaurants and shops, and a short drive from downtown Denver, lakes, and parks. With easy highway access, Golden and Rocky Mountain National Park are close enough for day trips.

With private entrances, garages, and free parking, these two homes are ideal for families, wedding parties, or groups of friends. It's important to note that there is no direct access between the units from the interior. Each of these homes features its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

A permit is required for street parking and may result in a ticket.

Events are subject to approval. Please note event fees will apply.

Great House!

Our group was in town for an athletic event, and the house was spacious, There was enough room to relax, play games, and the ability/area to serve meals for our group was large enough. A quiet neighborhood, it was a bright comfortable house.

Stayed at two vrbos next to each other. Had a little confusion as to which was nits where ours. Once it was straightened out the stay was great.

Property was phenomenal

Had an amazing time at the property. The manager was super communicative. The was a snowstorm on my way in and they were super chill about my group needing to get in earlier than originally planned

We rented this property, which includes two homes next door to each other, and were disappointed to find that the photos online did not accurately reflect the condition of the properties.The outdoor furniture at one house was unusable — the couch was broken, and the cushions were moldy and dirty. The hammock was also broken (though the host did replace it), and there was a large metal landscaping piece sticking out of the ground that was dangerous. To the host’s credit, they did come out to fix that issue.Inside, we found a broken toilet in the master bathroom, multiple smoke detectors beeping due to low batteries, and several remotes that didn’t work. The host provided new batteries, but it took some effort to get everything working again. The trash bins for both properties had not been emptied before our arrival; while the host eventually sent someone to remove them, it took two days and the smell was terrible in the meantime.The bath towels were replaced with new ones, but I had to wash them before use. There were no kitchen towels provided, and the carpet in one unit was heavily stained. Overall, both homes were in poor condition and need significant cleaning and maintenance.While the host was responsive and did make attempts to fix issues, the overall condition of the properties did not match what was advertised, which made for a disappointing stay.

An Expensive Disappointment

Positive: We had a large group and everybody fit. Negative: Poor communication, service & safety Issues After arriving to the property with incorrect entry codes, we were told to navigate entry through the garage keypad. We found insufficient towels for the approved number of guests as well as pullout couches without bedding. There wasn’t enough toilet paper and paper towels for a property of this size. Generally all minor issues that we would have overlooked or worked through. However, the window wells in the yard had no covers and were 4-5 feet deep. With 3 children under 3, this is an unacceptable risk. Upon noticing the issues, I placed a call to AirSimplicity who acknowledged the issue and confirmed it would be resolved. Hours later, there was no follow-up or resolution. Several additional calls to AirSimplicity and VRBO resulted in acknowledgement of the issue, but no resolution. Eventually, AirSimplicity called to confirm they would not be fixing the issue and didn’t see it as a problem. VRBO agreed. We were not compensated even though we were not able to safely use the outdoor space at the property. What could have been an easy temporary fix (e.g., a piece of plywood), resulted in a stressful stay at a very expensive property. Paid thousands for an unsafe rental.

Clean and spacious!

Master bedroom was huge. Lots of well appointed sleeping space. Kitchen was well-stocked. A/C stopped working and they had someone out same day to fix it. Ran out of dishwashing soap and there was more delivered next morning. Neighborhood was on the edge of a rough part of town, but if you stayed near the college campus, it felt safe.

denver townhouses

great houses, next to each other. well set up for groups/families to enjoy time together. convenient to get around. One had great outside furniture and games, other house outdoor furniture was so small as to be unusable. service needs upgrade. key pad stopped working the day of checkin, never fixed. no morning coffee bc carafe was cracked on arrival and never replaced. No towels, had to find in dryer and fold/distribute.
