Grande, moderno, espacioso, limpio, hermoso y privado. Nuestra casa grande y muy cómoda cuenta con 8 habitaciones, 9 camas, 5 baños completos, 2 cocinas completas y un sótano terminado con sala de juegos.
Podemos dormir cómodamente 16 o más. Hemos organizado eventos de equipo, reuniones de negocios, reuniones familiares, muchos grupos en la ciudad para una boda, graduación, juego de pelota o concierto.
Estamos ubicados entre Denver y Boulder, a 20 minutos en cualquier dirección.
Esta casa cuenta con 2 camas de matrimonio, 4 camas de matrimonio, 1 cama doble y 2 camas individuales.
Estamos en un vecindario tranquilo y muy seguro (lo siento, no es un hogar de fiesta).

We had a cousin reunion a the home most of the people were over 70. We were very impressed by the spaciousness of the house. We had 17 people in the house and there were plenty of spaces for the meals.We had group visiting in many different areas of the home. Thanks for the suggestion on overflow parking.As warm as it was, we were able to use the beautiful patio and enjoy it.

Stayed here for a visit to Denver for the NCAA basketball gourmand with a group of adults and had a fantastic time. Everything was as advertised and the property owners were easy to contact and work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Full of amenities

Huge house that had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and the house was well-stocked with games and activities for all ages. Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out or get together in one space.

Great home, well stocked kitchen, patio with great seating and fire pit table. Sixteen adults in our group, but families would love this place!! Communications with David were excellent. Location perfect for our group! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect house for Large Group

Everything was perfect. The layout of the house allowed the teenagers to have the basement while the adults had the comfort of the rest of the home. The location is perfect and the communication with the host was top notch. Highly recommended

Excellent stay in Westminster

This large home was an excellent choice for the 13 members of our family. It was clean and spacious and the basement recreation area was filled with with Foosball, Air Hockey and Pop-a-Shot games that kept the five children(ages 5-10) in our group occupied for hours. The kitchen was the best supplied as to cooking and eating utensils of any VRBO house we have ever rented. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again anytime.

David is a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of blankets!! Backyard had a relaxing feel with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Perfect place for our business meeting

Seven of us stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The house was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was there. There was also plenty of room for everyone. I especially liked that we could park in the garage. Many grocery stores and restaurants were nearby, making it an ideal location for all of us. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place with eight bedrooms in a comfortable family setting.

We love hospitality. Over the years, we have hosted dozens of international students (some stayed for years) and have had hundreds of overnight guests stay with us. Now that our 5 children have moved on and into their own homes in the area, we had this large house with lots of space and empty bedrooms. VRBO is a way for us to continue to extend hospitality by allowing our home to be a vehicle to create more fun and lasting memories. We trust that when you decide to stay, you will experience a spacious yet bright and cozy environment so that you might build some memories of you own.
