Beautiful Home

Such a beautiful home, well taken care of and it has so much character. The large patio is lovely and we enjoyed our evenings relaxing on it. Well stocked with all the needed supplies.

Home is tastefully appointed in keeping with the age of the house. Very thoughtful attention to maintaining elements of original architecture - love the original fir floors, period (original?) cabinets, tin ceilings(!) and stained glass windows. Even during extremely hot weather, AC was sufficient to keep us cool. Back porch is great for hanging out with a large group, includes a pet gate that allowed us to have dogs with us, worry free. Thanks for a great family stay!

ladies retreat

We absolutely enjoyed the house. The location was fantastic-such a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and has high quality furniture and supplies. Kristi is wonderful to work with -she replied to my questions very quickly. We are considering the house for our next annual retreat.

Graduation Weekend

Our family enjoyed this beautiful house for graduation weekend. The house is charming and spacious, however the walls are quite thin. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We spent most of our time on the outdoor covered patio, which was lovely. Of note, the yard is not fenced in if you do have a pet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Wow! What a gem!

We adored the Chandelier House! This house was so charming and cozy. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay run smoothly. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! 10 out of 10!

A beautiful, clean home with plenty of space!

We loved our stay in Kristi's home! Not only was it extremely clean, it was also stocked well with everything we needed. Our communication with Kristi was always met with quick responses and she was very happy to assist. The house is conveniently located close enough to all the places you are visiting in Yakima, while giving you a pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this house for your next trip to Yakima!

Fantastic historic home

We stayed two nights in this great house, and we will have to find a reason to come back to Yakima to stay again. It's a restored historic home with lots of charm, and the large covered back porch was a wonderful bonus. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Host was very responsive.

Wonderful house!

The house is in a great location and it is very easy to get around. The house is beautifully decorated with all the chandeliers. The rain shower in the master bedroom made it feel like a vacation home.

Beautiful home

The Chandelier house is clean, functional and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and for being an old home, in great shape and very comfortable. It is a nice, central Yakima location. The owner is amazing with her responsiveness and flexibility.

Fabulous and memorable stay!

The property and the house are just incredible. Very well maintained and clean. I loved the chandeliers around all the house. We had very good time there and needed pictures of the house for memories and moments we had there. We came to Yakima to my daughter’s graduation from PNWU, and she wanted pictures taken at the front yard and entrance stairs. Thanks for sharing your property.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and pet friendly!

Super clean and spacious home! Loved this unique older home with plenty of space. The little reading room was a great surprise and allowed our college age daughter some quiet space to study. Beds were very comfy with nice white linens too. We accidentally left our dog leash and the owner offered to send it back. Plenty of convenient parking too!

Yakima perfection

Our group of two families and a Chihuahua had a lovely stay at this home. I have stayed at three different rental homes in Yakima in the past few years and this one was by far the best. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Very spacious living areas. Upscale without being too breakable for the kids. The porch was lovely in the morning and evening. Close to many things we wanted to do, like the public pool and thrift shops! Would absolutely recommend this house for anyone traveling with a group. Kristi was so helpful, thank you for hosting us and we will definitely be back!

Yearly Family Gathering

This house is awesome. Super clean and comfortable. It has everything that you need for a week-long stay. The house is big, but it feels so cozy. Thank you so very to the owner for having it decorated for Christmas. It meant the world to me. I so enjoyed waking up in the morning and enjoying my coffee in the living room by the lighted tree. I would recommend this home to any family... May even rent it again next year. Thank you so very much!!!!

The Chandelier House

The Chandelier Home is by far one of the best VRBO's home we have booked. It was meticulously clean. The home is a Sears and Roebuck home built in 1910. It has all the charm of an old home with modern updates. We were in town originally for Grandma's 87 Birthday. A week before our arrival we learned that my Wife's Brother Tom passed away. All the family traveled to Yakima to attend the Birthday Party one day and the funeral the next. After the funeral we were able to host all of our out of town family and feed them all dinner. We look forward to returning to The Chandelier Home - one day in the future.
