Welcome to our beautifully restored 1910 historic home, where classic charm meets thoughtful modern comfort. Every inch of this home has been lovingly renovated and styled with curated antique pieces, premium furnishings, and modern amenities designed to make your stay both memorable and comfortable.

Located in one of Yakima’s most desirable and walkable neighborhoods, you’re just minutes from everything - downtown Yakima, wineries, breweries, restaurants, MultiCare Memorial Hospital, PNWU, SOZO, and easy freeway access. Walk west through quaint historic neighborhoods or head east toward downtown tasting rooms, dining, and nightlife. Whether you’re here for work, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay, this home makes an ideal home base.

This cute little home was a very nice stay. Good host, clean, and short walking distance to upper downtown. There were plenty of power outlets, linens and kitchen supplies. Would stay here again.

This house was a great spot for our family in town for a tournament- easy to get to the Sundome and restaurants. There was roomfor our kids to get some quiet time away and rest. The pop up coffee table worked great for us- it was sturdy enough for eating and doing a puzzle.

This home is in a nice area—conveniently located, and we felt safe walking our dog even late in the evening, which was a big plus. Inside, the space is clean, nicely updated, and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful place and beautifully remodeled. Had everything we needed and such a cute place to stay. Front porch was lovely and would be a perfect place to sit in warmer weather. Close access to highway and downtown. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning! Every detail throughout the entire house was well conceived and the workmanship was superb. We were just passing through on our way to Whidbey Island from Vegas with our blind diabetic puppy and felt very safe and comfortable. Craftsmanship at its best throughout. Bravo!!!

This one of a kind home is an absolute labor of love. You’ll love the historic pictures and antiques throughout the home while enjoying all the modern updates. Full renovation included adding four dormers upstairs, creating room for two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Don’t miss out on the tin ceiling tiles rescued from one of Yakima’s oldest buildings. Everything about this home has been carefully thought out to create a relaxing and unique experience.
