Cottage Grove Inn is just a short stroll to Calistoga's downtown restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and galleries.

7-Day Cancellation Policy: The first night of your stay is charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. The balance is posted on your arrival date, and any outstanding balance is due at check-out. Your reservation is guaranteed by your first night's deposit and secured by your credit card on file.

You have 7 days prior to arrival to cancel or change any dates of your reservation. Outside of 7 days, you may cancel or change the dates of your reservation, for any reason, for a handling fee of $50 and the remaining deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel or change dates within the 7 days prior to your arrival, your first night's deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 24hrs of arrival forfeit their entire reservation. There are no exceptions.

Additionally, there will be not be any refunds for early departures or unused portions of your reservation or packages you may have booked through us. We adhere to this policy without exception. If you must cancel your reservation, please call us right away at 800-799-2284. Reservations are not considered canceled until you receive a cancellation number from Cottage Grove Inn. Thank you.
