Such an amazing little house. The front patio is amazing. They have a drink and have some nice conversation. 10 out of 10 will recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Short walk to downtown plaza

Cute Casita. Property is great size for one or two people. Short walk to downtown. Priced right. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor patio but it very nice, and would be wonderful on a warm evening. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in tow.

Prescott Getaway

Convenient to the square, to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the patio area in the late afternoon. Great kitchen, however, a small table for eating in would be a plus.

Cutest casita near whiskey row with outside space

Stayed for the weekend for anniversary weekend. Loved this place! A couple blocks from downtown and walking distance to restaurants bars and shopping. I enjoyed the little yard and easy parking. Clean, well equipped, comfy and easy check in/checkout. Would highly recommend

Very clean! Hosts were wonderful! Only thing I would recommend is to get a mattress topper for the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was amazing!

Small, but well appointed and comfortable…

This casita is perfectly located within a couple blocks of Whiskey Row. For one or 2 adults, it is fine, unless you need space for additional visitors, etc., which it cannot accommodate inside. There is a nice yard area. Overall, very well appointed and comfortable.

Check in process was simple. Communication with property owners was easy and responses were fairly quick. Property is walking distance to Whiskey Row and all the stores and shops nearby. Old Courthouse is beautifully lit at night.. worth checking out. Loved the area and look forward to heading back there again soon and staying at this place. It was well worth it and the neighborhood is pretty quiet for its location. Overall very much enjoyed my stay.

Cute Cottage in Downtown Prescott

This property is perfect for a couple. Small, tidy, and close to downtown Prescott. You are steps from the Sharlot Hall Museum, which we enjoyed. There are great restaurants -- in walking distance or a short drive if you prefer -- all around! If you do plan to do some home cooking, please be aware there is no real table with chairs. But you can make do if you like -- the kitchen has everything you need. The hosts are very accommodating and that was great!

Overall good stay

We arrived about 1am and had communicated a late arrival. When we arrived, we had no access to the property. After about 10 min of attempting to get in and lurking around we called and found out we were given the wrong property. That was a very uncomfortable experience! Charming means small. The bed is low to the ground and if you are taller, watch your head. Other than that, the place was very clean, the outdoor space was lovely and as pictured. It met our needs for a weekend stay to visit our son at Embry Riddle. Location was great for access to the square. If our arrival experience hadn't been what it was, we'd have given a 5.

Skunk!!!

2 night stay. 1st night we woke up choking and eyes stinging at 2:30am. We thought a skunk had gotten into our unit and sprayed. 2nd night after being gone all day we arrived, no smell outside. Opened the door and were hit in the face again, you guessed it Skunk. I called the owner and told her about our previous night and current experience, when she replied 'I am not surprised' I knew this must be a normal occurence. I mentioned twice that an exterminator was needed. bed was comfy, no table to eat at, there was a small one that flipped up right under the front room window. A coffee table would do the place wonders. Sorry to say this was the worst 2 nights of our 8 night vacation. My suitcase was open only half of the clothes were worn (I am an over-packer) everything smelled of skunk for the rest of our vacation. Owner was easily reachable.

Lovely lIttle cottage

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning when we reserved it to our check out. Very, very efficient and communication was immediate. Which is great when you are trying to figure out a place you are not familiar with! The location is perfect. A block or two away from downtown so quiet and sweet. The cottage was immaculate and very cozy. The kitchen is well-supplied with utensils and appliances so it was easy to prepare meals and snacks. We highly recommend this cottage and plan on using it for our next visit.
