- A large, fully-equipped kitchen with island and stools, bordered by skylights
- A suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with washbasin. This room has direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
- Separate WC

- Office space on the mezzanine
- 1 master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), bathroom (with shower, bath and double basins) and large dressing room
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into a queen-size bed), air-conditioned
- 1 bathroom with shower and double washbasin

- A fully heated swimming pool
- A covered terrace with garden furniture
