Summary:
This home is located in a small boutique condominium complex located Bradenton. A quick 15+ minute drive will take you to Anna Maria Island & beaches, downtown Bradenton, and Downtown Sarasota. There are two full baths and two bedrooms. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beaches without paying the prices on Anna Maria Island. This home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

The Neighborhood:
This home is centrally located to three main areas: Downtown Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Downtown Sarasota - all of which are 10-15 minutes away.

Getting Around:
Driving is always the best way to get around

We have a queen inflatable mattress.

This was the perfect place to stay for an IMG baseball tournament. Very close to the facility as described. This condo unit was modern and clean. An overall excellent place to stay.

Nice place! Clean, adequate, and even though they are constructing a new building, the workers were kind and accommodating and did not interfere with the Condo. They pool is new and BEAUTIFUL!!

Hidden gem!

Property exactly as pictured. Adorable extremely nice place that is tucked back off the road so very peaceful. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. Great place to stay especially if you want to be close to IMG. The owners are very responsive and we very much appreciated their flexibility when we had to extend for a couple of days.

More than adequate!

It is updated nicely, bathrooms are excellent. It is clean and management responded quickly if contacted . We were there to visit family so basically to only eat and sleep.

Great Location and Clean

The place was very clean and functioned well for 2 couples. Would definitely recommend. Did not use the pool so cannot comment on that. Great communication!

PIRATE BASEBALL GETAWAY

If you are looking for a place to stay when heading down to catch the Pirates during spring training - this is a great spot! Conveniently located near anything you would need while you are there and a short trip to the airport. The condo has a nice living space and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. Positive experience for sure !

A great place to stay while attending and IMG event

The condo was immaculate on the inside, beautifully renovated and as advertised. Location was perfect for visiting IMG academy ( 5 minutes if you hit the lights right, 8-10 if you don't). Communication was excellent. The condo complex is very small and tucked away from the road but don't let the outside decieve you, the condo was perfect in every way for my wife, teemaged son and I

March 2023 Stay

Property fit our group perfectly with 4 adults and an infant who slept in a pack n’play. Condo has been remodeled and is very clean throughout. Has nice little screened in porch for morning coffee or just take a break and catch some fresh air. Pool area also appeared to have been redone recently and was nice, though we were limited in time at pool as weather hit or miss for temps during our stay. Very close to grocery stores and pharmacies if you needed to pick up anything for your stay. Sarasota is 13 miles or so away or 25 minute drive depending on time of day. Also was able to visit Siesta Key which was slightly further and some of the other Keys/Islands from Bradenton which were a 15 minute drive. Communication with management was above and beyond. They were also nice enough to set up the Pack N’Play ahead of time which was nice given we arrived late after some rental car issues. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place in Bradenton or near Sarasota.

Bradenton condo

First, I dislike being this person and I emailed asking to privately send this with my pictures but it’s been 2 days and I haven’t received a response. Upon arrival the condo was filthy. They offered to come and clean but I feel like it should have been done before our arrival, once I’m settled and there, I don’t want anyone in my space like a hotel. There were bug traps on the kitchen counter, corners of rooms and looked like it hadn’t been cared for in a couple of months with dead bugs and a thick coating of dust. Big ants crawling across top of couch. Old broken chips on master bedroom floor, every windowsill had dead bugs, blinds dusty musty. The extra blankets on beds smell like they have never been washed, mold on shower liners, toothpaste and someone else’s hair on faucet, vanity, garbage, toilet. I cleaned and vacuumed everything myself with what was there and we still woke up with puffy swollen eyes and sneezing. The ceiling is paper thin so anyone walking above, it will wake you up. It was so loud that I thought it was intentional at first-now I think it was just the way this older building was built. We were there for a soccer showcase and needed to sleep through the night but were woken up at 3,4,5 and 6am the first 2 nights. All of us left exhausted. I also noticed the description says 2 queen beds and 1 twin. There are only 2 queen beds and an air mattress.

Everything we needed!

This cute and clean farmhouse styled condo was perfect for our family vacation to Bradenton. It was close to stores and restaurants and downtown Bradenton. It was 10 minutes to nearby Anna Maria island (20 if there was traffic), 30 minutes to Sarasota and an hour from Tampa. So I really liked the location. The condo was quiet, and clean and just as described. The gulf was having moderate to intense red tide while we were there so we weren't able to go to the beach, and were so thankful for the pool at the condo! We were there almost every day! My thorn would probably be the dining table. I had concerns about it from the pictures, but we wanted a first floor space so decided we'd risk the table. You can see from photo it has stool seats that swivel out for sitting and tuck under the table when not in use. Cute table and space saving, but not functional for our group. My toddler fell off the stool, and it was not an option for nana either. And with 4 adults staying there, I missed being able to pull up a dining room chair for extra seating, or to sit and play cards at the table. Just a swing and a miss for our group. Table aside, I would absolutely stay here again. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach accessories for our use. At first I was a little bummed we weren't staying closer to the beach, but it ended up I was so glad we stayed in the suburbs this trip as red tide was so bad it would have ruined a beach front stay. We loved the pool which stayed nice and warm from the solar cover, and offered both shaded and sunny areas. The pool looked like there were bathrooms, but the doors were all locked and other guests we chatted with said they couldn't figure out how to open them either. In summary, condo was cutely decorated and had nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. It was clean, and in a quiet area. Close to shops, restaurants, beaches and the mote aquarium. Close to Sarasota, Tampa and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back next year!

Pool was fantastic. My kids (5 & 2) spent the entire trip playing in the pool and slide! Very close to everything in town, and the beach is only a few miles! We enjoyed our stay so much, it felt like home to us. Super clean, kitchen fully stocked, organized, and everything was great as a family with small children. Will be staying again!! Wish I could rate higher than 5!!

Condo was exactly as described. Farmhouse style pics doesn’t do condo justice. Condo had everything!! Fully furnished condo all the way to the kitchen to bathroom. Did not need anything! Five Stars ++

Perfect for NCAA Rowing Championship at Nathan Benderson Park

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed. The space and hardwoods allowed our infant the ability to scoot around in his walker. The living room was spacious enough to allow our elementary school son room for VR play. We were 20 minutes away from Nathan Benderson Park (it was a straight shot with only 3 turns) and we were able to go back and forth between races to escape the sun. The property is very well lit at night and close to several grocery stores. Check-in was easy and communication was very quick. Overall, great apartment and location for our purposes.

You don’t need to bring a thing! Immaculate

This was amazing. The neighborhood is a typical beach town neighborhood. The pool was perfect. Kitchen was super equipped. I’m accustomed to bringing my own cutting board, knife, cast iron skillet and cooking utensils, as well as dishwashing tabs, toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags just to name a few things. All of which I brought. I needed none of it. Great laundry room fully equipped. They had five or more Beach chairs, umbrella, paper goods, cast iron skillet and many non stick cookware, silverware, nice dishes, bedding ~ even shampoo and conditioner. I couldn’t ask for a more convenient and clean stay. My family and I will be back, with a lot less packed. We had a couple questions about the pool, as we came directly after a tropical storm and it was a bit messy, as expected. They immediately sent people out to clean the pool for two days straight. The drive to Anna Maria island was only 20-30 min and beer can beach only 20 min. Star fish company also super close and the best fresh fish. Not far from the Ringling Museum ~ free on Mondays, for great art and photography all on the grounds. I can’t talk this place up enough! Great price, location and comfort! I’d give 6 stars if I could and if you knew me at all you’d know that’s saying A LOT! This place has gone above and beyond to make sure your can relax and fully enjoy your vacation.
