La sala de estar alegre y decorado con buen gusto se abre en una cocina cocina con vibras costeras y aparatos nuevos y actualizados. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, cuarto de baño, y unas vistas tropicales! El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de matrimonio y deja salir a la cubierta de vuelta con más puntos de vista y asientos cómodos. Para opciones de entretenimiento, echa un vistazo a la televisión inteligente en la sala de estar o el televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal.

Es probable que no tendrá que salir de esta casa de relax lejos de casa, pero si usted quiere hacer algo de exploración, no dude en recorrer el barrio y disfrutar de hermosas vistas del agua y de la Marina al final de la calle. Decor is awesome! Makes you feel right at home! Great location to AMI, the Clam Factory, the Cortez Kitchen and of course the beaches! Definitely worth getting a golf cart to get you around!

Great Getaway!

We recently spent 2 weeks at Kapok. The house was very comfy, clean, well equipped for cooking, centrally located to places we wanted to visit, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Doug and Candy were there for us if we had any questions or needed anything.

Cozy weekend at the beach.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. So many interesting photos and books. The layout of the apartment was comfortable, spacious and cosy at the same time. Very quiet area. Very close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and easy.

Summer vacay

We were not aware that location was overlooking a trailer park, but it was safe, quiet and clean. The decor was utterly charming with nice ammenities and location was very convenient to Anna Maria Island. After a montary glitch tegarding parking, the owner was quite friendly.

Quietness

My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy!

Beautiful home in Excellent location

A Great stay. Home has everything and very clean. Candy is amazing and a great host. If bringing a bot, make sure to contact the Marina and make sure to reserve a space and therefore be able to launch. Otherwise restricted to public! We would go back for sure!!

Boat parking can be tricky and I wouldn't recommend launching from this marina with a jet boat. Too grassy and creates issues. Other than that the place was nice and as expected. Thank you!
