5 BR/ 5 BA Family Friendly Lake House on a quiet cove. Located at the 4-mile marker on the Big Niangua Arm, this house is the perfect family getaway. LOCATION: This house sits on a quieter area of the lake, perfect for watersports, tubing, swimming and kayaking. Close drive to many restaurants and only a 20 minute drive to the Ozark Amphitheater or Ha Ha Tonka - a beautiful park that has 15 miles of hiking trails.

Grab your swimsuit and enjoy some time relaxing on the dock - just a few steps from the house. The dock has patio lounge chairs and a bin with noodles. Bring your boat or rent one and tie onto the dock. There are 2 adult kayaks and 2 children kayaks for your use. Relax and enjoy the views on either of the 2 deck levels with lots of seating options.

TOP LEVEL: Master bedroom #1 queen bed, tub/shower combo, oversized closet, large TV for streaming and a beautiful view with access to the top deck. Master bedroom #2 has a queen bed, tub/shower combo, oversized closet, beautiful view and access to the top deck. Bedroom #3 and #4 both have queen beds, tub/shower combo and oversized closets.

MAIN LEVEL: Bedroom #5 which has a set of twin bunk beds and a trundle for extra sleeping. Full Kitchen: includes utensils, plates, cups, glassware, serving platters, crock pot, pots and pans, and Keurig coffee maker. Living room has comfortable seating and a large TV for streaming. Storage room has washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Scenic views from the kitchen and Living area - walk out to main deck which has bench swing and lots of patio furniture for seating. The patio has a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

This house has plenty of parking: 2 flat spaces and a large driveway with boat access. Rental also includes High Speed WIFI and so many other convenience items!

40th Birthday Celebration

Great for large family, nice bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Porches, dock, cove and view were great. Loved the kayaks! Wonderful place!

Terrific Vrbo House & Location!

The house is beautiful & has everything you need! The owner has thought of everything. The location is in a quiet cove so it’s very calm & peaceful. All 9 of us had the best time there-we’re looking to make this a yearly get-a-way. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!!

Perfect place for relaxation!

The property is beautiful and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for your trip. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the dock was perfect for fishing, swimming and relaxing. The owner Kristie was super helpful and friendly. We look forward to coming back again next summer!

Great family vacation!

This house exceeded our expectations! We are two families, both with adult children, 11 people total, ranging from 16-51 in age. Each bedroom having its own bath was awesome! The large deck was great, and used several times a day for our group. Even when it rained we were able to enjoy the covered portion of the deck. The cove was nice and quiet, and great for swimming. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We brought our 22 ft boat, and had no problem with docking or depth. And, Kristie was great! She was quick to respond to all questions and extremely helpful. We have stayed in 15 different VRBOs on various lakes, and Kristie was by far the best at communicating and accommodating. I would highly recommend this lake house!

Nice House, Nice Location

This was a really nice place to stay for a relaxing trip to the lake. My 16-year old daughter, her boyfriend, my 18-year old son and his friend, and I stayed for 4 nights and had no real issues at all. All 5 of us had our own room with a full bath, which was nice. The house was well-provisioned, but if you plan to cook, you'll need spices and other cooking ingredients. Pretty much every cooking utensil and appliance is available. The dock is easily accessible and we spent a lot of time there fishing and swimming. The house is at the end of a cove, so the water is smooth and easy to swim in without disruption from the boats in the main channel. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and used them several times to tool around the cove and fish. The only negative (and it's a minor one) is that the house is close to a neighboring house. When the neighbor decided to do carpentry work at 6:00 a.m., complete with electric saws and drills, and talk loudly on the porch at midnight, it was a bit distracting. I'm not sure if these are common occurrences, but I really didn't want to get up at 6:00 a.m. that morning. Again...not a huge deal. All-in-all, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again if we return. Everything went quite smoothly.

Family Trip

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a very quiet and nice cove we were in and the neighbors were really nice. When we first got there the electricity was off due to circumstances that couldn't be helped at the time but came back on in the middle of the night. We got along fine. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice and relaxing vacation.
