Beautiful view of the ICW from one of the many decks. Drop your Kayak or ours right behind the house or fish/crab right off the pier. 4 minute bike ride to the beach. Oak Island Nature Center/Butterfly park just steps from the front door. Book a tour at Long Beach paddle company a three minute walk away.




Rules:
To rent this property, you must be a minimum of 25 years old.
You will be responsible for any damage to property caused by you or your party. Loss of bikes, kayaks and other amenities will result in a replacement fee.
House includes towels and linens. Sheets on bed, bath towels, hand towels etc.
No pets. $400 fine
No smoking. $400 fine

Excellent!

We absolutely loved the place! It was in a quiet neighborhood not to far from the beach. They have beach chairs and bikes accessible to use, which made it so much easier for us. I highly recommend you staying here!

Queen Bees Throne

We loved the home and location. It was perfect for fishing and kayaking. It was a quiet peaceful location with a wonderful park and dock a few yards away as well as butterfly garden across the street.

Great place!

Great choice if you like to be out of the busyness! It was quiet and calm. We liked being able to walk to small pier and fish. Donna was super easy to work with and always prompt!

Calm relaxing environment

This was a great vacation and the house was beautiful! I would recommend this house to any of my friends and family! The check in process is very easy and simple and the Property manager was very interactive with me to make sure everything was good and we got into the house okay!

Tranquil Harbor

We enjoyed this home and location so much! Everything is close including grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Best of all is the proximity to the water and the ability to fish, kayak, and watch the sunset and sunrise over the intracoastal water! The home is lovely with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The property manager is highly responsive.

Great location

This home was in the perfect location for us. We were able to bring our boats down. The house was very clean and so well organized and fully stocked. The owners left a very nice thank you card and some goodies! Would highly recommend. Looking forward to coming back!

Great house and location!!

This was a great vacation and the house was perfect for our family. It was big enough where we were not on top of each other and everyone had their own space. We loved the screened in porch and the little view of the waterway. Check-in and out process was simple. Property manager was great and answered any questions we had. I was highly recommend this house and we can't wait to stay again.

Great holiday getaway

This beach house was the perfect place for our family to spend time together for a holiday getaway. Location was perfect with little traffic and great placed to get.out for a walk. The house had everything we needed. And bonus.... there was literally a porch or deck access from every room in the house which we were able to enjoy thanks to the mild NC winter.

This house has the perfect location and perfect setup for everything you need for a great stay !

This house is perfect ! From booking , to check in, to check out . This house has a percent location to the beach , stores and a short walk to a pier and nature center . Plenty to do and the house is equipped with all the extras you need to make your stay awesome . The owner is quick to response and is always there to answer any question you have .

Home away from home

We had a wonderful relaxing time during our stay. They have everything you need. We loved walking down to the dock and only a short drive to the beach. It was also in a great location. It was also the little things like phone chargers downstairs and upstairs, extra sheets and towels. It rained the first half of the day, but we were able to enjoy breakfast and lunch out on the screened in covered porch. Each room had access to a covered balcony which we loved. We also went bike riding with the bikes they have in storage. We just had a fun filled time and I highly recommend staying there. The communication with the owner was excellent, they even left us a welcome note in a card and at the front door mirror. We loved it.

Great vacation home

The house is at a great location and we loved being close to the pier and inlet side. Not a far drive from the beach. It was a good lay out and amount of space for the kids and adults. The kids loved getting to ride the bikes!

Every need was met! Loved the layout of the house. Quiet and peaceful location! Enough room for everyone. Would recommend and rent again!
