Conveniently located on the 3rd first or, this extra clean 3 bed/2 bath/ bunk room, spacious condo is located across from Pineapple Willy’s with a lake view. Well stocked kitchen, new memory foam mattresses. Amenities include 5 pools, 2 hotubs, a fitness center, restaurants, putting green, grills, nightly water show, and ice cream/candy shop. Just a few steps to the beach and jet ski/chair rentals. We have a new breakfast place on site.

The Best

I can’t say enough how amazing it was staying in 322! Mr. And Mrs. Jones were so great with communication and being there if we needed anything. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including a tent and chairs. We definitely plan to stay here every time we come now!! Book it and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

This was a great condo! The beds were very comfortable, condo was very clean. Great size deck and new furniture. We had a blast at the beach and multiple pools. Great location for the 4th of July.

2022 Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and well furnished. Short work to beach and pools. We would recommend it to anyone.

Loved it !!

We were happy with the area. There are lots of restaurants and things to do. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and the resort itself had great places to walk . The owner responded quickly to a small problem and we plan to go back next year !!

Excellent Stay

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. We were in town for a special event being held at another resort but being here allowed us to escape the busyness and really relax. Great amenities. Full kitchen. Comfy beds. Restaurants and groceries are within walking distance. Easy access to the gorgeous beach/ocean. Parking and access are easy by parking in North Garage. Super accessible owner. Would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend to others.

Laketown Wharf Unit 322

We really liked the property. The room was very clean. Everything worked as it should. We liked that the unit was on the third floor so we didn't have to wait 20-30 mins on the elevator like others in our party did. Overall we enjoyed the condo very much.

Summer Fun!!

The property and condo were awesome. The host was very friendly, easy to reach and was happy to answer any questions we had. The condo was very clean had all the necessities you would need and was very easy to access all the amenities on the property. Our family had a wonderful visit. We enjoyed the ocean, setting on the balcony, watching the light show, going to Pier Park, shopping and eating at all the great restaurants close by, Saint Andrew State Park and going on the sea screamer. Thank you for helping our family make wonderful memories.😎🏝️ if you are considering a vacation, I would consider Panama City Beach Florida and booking this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent Property

Stayed in PCB for a travel baseball tournament with my husband, three kids, and my parents and this was the PERFECT place to stay. Condo is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect! The beds are so comfortable. To the point we were trying to find out the type of mattress it was so we can buy for our home. The bunk beds are perfect for the kids. The balcony was very nice as well. The property puts on a nightly light/fountain show at 8:00pm that is fun. Pools and hot tubs were clean and fun for the kids. Easy walk to the beach across the street. My only complaint is the check in process for the parking pass and the wrist bands took over an hour. This is no fault of the condo owner though. The lobby was severely understaffed and the line to check in was out the door. After 8+ hours in the car, that was a real damper that night. But again, that is no fault of the owner, staffing issues could be due it being winter time and not peak season. We can’t wait to come back to PCB (during peak season so all the fun things are open) and will for sure try to stay at The Laketown Wharf again.
