Coastal retreat walking distance to beach!

Vintage Carlsbad Bungalow is only a 3-minute walk to the beach with a crosswalk and direct access to the stairs. Completely remodeled with quality finishes. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps a maximum of 7 guests. Each room has a TV, closet, and mini-split with A/C and heat. Front and rear decks lead to beautiful outdoor spaces. Fun and games when not on the beach with the onsite volleyball, table tennis, bocce ball, and more! Everything you need for a remarkable getaway.

The space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Gorgeous coastal decor with huge yard and sand volleyball court for some fun after the beach!

This single story home has the following layout:

Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed with attached full bath
Bedroom 2: King size bed
Bathroom 3: twin/twin bunk size bed
Bathroom 2 & 3 use hallway bathroom.


Free parking on premises and street parking (please abide by all street signs).

This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors.
Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.
No smoking-$500 fine
No partying-$1000 fine and immediate eviction
No pets
No guests permitted on the property that are not on the original reservation.
No Music outside.
Please be respectful of our neighbors when outside.

Must be 25 and up to book.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

Awesome spot! Great for kids and just a short walk to the beach. We definitely will watch for this one on our future trips. Place is well cared for and owners/management are really good at working a problem quickly if you have one. Thank you!

Had the best time and can’t wait to come back. The house was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and in an amazing location. We walked to the beach and downtown Carlsbad daily.

Best place to stay!

MO’s place is the best place to stay if you’re coming to Carlsbad. The area has everything you need within walking distance. Great restaurants around the corner along with a grocery store that’s a 5 minute drive away. The house is immaculate and newly renovated with everything you need for your stay. Including a sand volleyball court, washer and dryer and plenty of room for all of your guests. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful house near the beach

We had a great time! Really enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. Walking distance to just about everything. It gave our kids the freedom to enjoy themselves and us to relax. The house was clean and there was great communication from the host.

Carlsbad Paradise!

Our family ranges from 16-82, and this was the perfect location for all of us! We stayed a week and enjoyed everything about the house. It was exactly how the pictures depicted it in the listing-newly renovated, clean, and well-equipped. We had a blast playing corn hole, volleyball, and table tennis. It was an easy walk to the beach, and we appreciated the beach gear that was available. The kitchen was fantastic, and we were able to make breakfast and lunch everyday and dinners a few nights. It was nice not to have to go out for every meal! The only thing that needs a little sprucing up is the outdoor furniture, but that was easy to over look with all the other amenities. When we inadvertently knocked the router out, we got a very quick response from the manager! OverLl A++++!

Amazing!

The house was absolutely perfect! Very clean, tastefully decorated, 2 minute walk to the beach, great fenced in backyard, fully stocked kitchen, extra amenities like beach chairs, towels, pack and play. Communication with owner was wonderful, we had an issue with the AC and it was fixed promptly. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect home with a perfect location in Carlsbad

We stayed at Mo’s home and all I can say is the location was absolutely perfect and the backyard made the trip for my children. Legoland is 8 minutes away which was Quite convenient for our family trip. We were also able to walk one block to the ocean each day. The neighbors were also very friendly… Just a great community. I would absolutely recommend this home to any friends or family and hope to stay there again next year.
