The location was amazing, and the views are incredible! The size of the property was also a huge plus. I think for this area it was well priced considering the size and proximity to the beach. I did have some safety concerns though. I did express these to the owner, so I hope they are addressed quickly. Those issues were with a large window in the master, and a balcony door that did not lock. I was traveling with kiddos, so I recognize that this may not be as much of an issue to others. Aside from those issues, the cleanliness and the ants were also a problem. Host clearly knows about the ants, as there were quite a few ant traps throughout the property. They are common, harmless ants, but they got into everything and I felt like I was constantly having the clean them up and spray the raid that was left in the cabinet. I also brought this up with the host. Cleanliness was another thing that may not be as big of a deal to others. Just things like cobwebs, drawers, walls and other things that just need a good deep cleaning.
