Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A bedroom with a 160×200 double bed
- Shower room with washing machine
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The duplex is ideally located in Eguisheim, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. What's more, the property is opposite the Château Saint-Léon, in the heart of the historic centre, offering a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the local history and culture.
