Relax and enjoy The Villages at Serenity Cottage

This bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath newer home including a four seat electric golf cart is located in the historic Country Club Hills neighborhood. Less than two miles from Spanish Springs Square where you can find FREE nightly entertainment, restaurants and shops. Minutes away from pools, hot tubs, recreation centers, walking paths, and golf courses. Fully equipped kitchen with starter pack. Relax with a book and a drink on the breezy front porch with an overhead fan. Free Netflix, Peacock Premium & high speed internet.

There is a starter packs of hand soap (marked with an H), hand sanitizer (marked with an S), dish soap (marked with an D), dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. You will also find a first aid kit and hair dryer in the master bathroom.

A queen size air mattress is located in the master closet.

All the TVs in the house are smart TVs with free Netflix and Peacock Premium. You may log into your own accounts on the TVs. Please be sure to log out before you check out. There are games and puzzles for your enjoyment. To operate the TVs use the Roku/Xfinity remotes.

The golf cart is included with the rental upon signing the waiver and returning it to us.
Please let us know if you would like to use the golf cart upon booking. The waiver must be signed and returned no later than a week prior to your arrival or a $50 fee may be charged.
Please read the instructions thoroughly before using the golf cart. It is a 4 person electric golf cart.

Great great house, great location.

This was my first day in the villages. I absolutely loved the home, it was bright, clean, and the furnishings were terrific. Communication was excellent. And the location can’t be beat. I would definitely recommend Jen’s home and location.

Quick Getaway

We came to experience the Spanish Springs town center and especially, the Orange Blossom area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and really liked the rental. The owner was extremely helpful and the home was spectacular. It highly exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful stay

Everything was as it was advertised. Very clean, great communication from owner. This was by far the best VRBO we have ever rented and we’ve rented a lot. Golf cart was a big plus. Had a great stay.

Great Visit

We visited family in The Villages over Thanksgiving and stayed in this wonderful VRBO. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location and close to many things the villages has to offer. The golf cart was wonderful to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and well stocked

Highly recommend this clean and nicely appointed cottage in The Villages. Very comfortable and exactly as described. The golf cart is a fun and useful addition in this golf cart community. The owner was quick to reply, helpful and generous. Coffee pods, trash bags, dishwasher/washing machine pods, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was provided. We won't forget it on our next trip to Lady Lake.

Excellent Experience

The house is open, bright, cheery and immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The location is close to Spanish Springs so you can take the golf cart to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. It's all right there. One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in. Thank you.

Immaculate, comfortable, and near so much!!!!

What a nice place to stay! Clean, organized, comfortable. The sheets were so soft! The kitchen had everything we needed. We had fun taking the golf cart for a spin. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We would love to stay there again.

Great home-fabulous location

Beautiful home, kitchen had everything you needed for cooking…..2 very nice air mattresses if you needed, comfy beds, loved the golf cart it was really quiet- we got a flat tire with it and figured we would we without it the remainder of our stay…. Contacted the owner and it was fixed in about 15 minutes. The location in Orange Blossom Gardens is fabulous…a few minutes to the square, shopping and numerous restaurants.

Disappointing

Our stay at the house was disappointing! First of all, knowing that the means of transportation in the Villages is a golf cart, we rented your house because it offered a golf cart. Because the owners knew that the golf cart was down, it would have been appreciated if they rented a cart for us to use. Instead, they insulted us with a fifty dollar refund. Second of all, one side of the bed in the master bedroom is collapsing, making for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. Finally, your smart TVs are not very smart when I cannot find ABC on the TV, and when I turn the TV off, I have to go searching for the station I was watching when I turn the TV back on. Is basic cable that expensive?

My family had a wonderful experience staying at this property and we would definitely stay again. Amazing home with so many great amenities. We did have a small issue during our stay with the golf cart however the host provided a partial refund without hesitation! Highly recommend! Thank you so much

Fantastic place

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Jen’s house was amazing! Jen is so quick to respond to any questions you might have. Her home is absolutely beautiful and in pristine condition. Everything you could possibly want is available and all instructions are so precise and easy to follow. The golf court is such an added bonus and a wonderful way to get around the community. This was the best house we have ever rented and we would give it a 10 star rating! We hope to return again.

Perfect stay

This property was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we need and then some. Appreciated the washer and dryer and the little extras… coffee and tea, soap, shampoo. We enjoyed checking out the Villages with the golf cart. Owner was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Serenity Now

We had a very nice week at the cottage. There were only two of us so it was roomy enough. Communication with the owner was excellent when needed and the place was very clean upon arrival. The location with proximity to Spanish Springs Town Square and restaurants/shopping was great Two golf courses were a 2 minute drive in the golf cart. Overall a pleasant experience.

This rental absolutely exceeded our expectations!!

Our stay was delightful, the space was very comfortable and accommodating, the location is prime. Just a few minutes’ drive away to many restaurants and live music. The house is beautifully decorated. My husband completely fell in love with your garage space and of course your very “modern up-to-date Golf-Cart”! The transference of information with Jen was the best VRBO Rental experience I have ever had. Her attention to details was seamless. This rental absolutely exceeded our expectations!!

A Beautiful House in the perfect location!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with the Serenity Cottage. It was absolute perfect for our family. It was in the perfect location for us- a couple blocks away from my husband’s parents house. Jen and her husband were wonderful to communicate with during our stay. It was so great to stay there:) The house is so beautiful and decorated so sweetly! We will. It only recommend to family and friends, yet we are looking forward to booking it again for our family.

I am married with three adult children. I went to visit a friend that moved to The Villages and fell in love with the location, activities and the people that live there. We purchased a newer home that hopefully will become our place to retire. In the meantime, I want to give others the opportunity to fall in love with The Villages like I did.

This property is in a unique location in the historic neighborhoods of The Villages. It is a well established area with wonderful neighbors and old growth trees that provide shade.

Our home located with two miles of Spanish Springs and is a 20 minute drive to Lake Sumter Landing. We are also close to RT 441/27 where you will find large chain stores, grocery stores and restaurants.
