Beautiful, completely remodeled private 3-bedroom house in perfect location. Whether here on business or traveling with your family, whether you plan on staying long or short term, this home really has it all. Peacefully decorated and Colorado themed artwork throughout, adding to the ambience of being here at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Close to downtown Loveland, minutes from I-25. Brand new Central Air conditioning.
Denver, Fort Collins, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are all within easy reach.

This centrally located home has been completely remodeled inside with modern finishes, new appliances and plenty of room for a family to enjoy at-home amenities! Enjoy the outdoor patio and BBQ grill and fully stocked kitchen for cooking and dining at home. The eat-in kitchen comfortably seats 6 people. When it's cold outside, snuggle up by the gas fire and enjoy books, movies or games provided for your entertainment. Turn on that smart TV and stream your favorite shows or use the soundbar to play music from your device via Bluetooth.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two twin size beds in the third bedroom, which also features a mini vintage video game console including Centipede! The bathroom has dual sinks, a full-size bathtub and shower combination.
Washer and dryer available for your convenience.
Be sure to enjoy some morning Colorado sunshine on the bench out front!
You'll also find plenty to do around town... The Sweetheart City!
Enjoy sculpture gardens, golf courses, Lake Loveland, local museum and galleries, and local breweries. In addition, enjoy nearby hiking, biking, shopping and dining.

Booked this property to visit our daughter for Thanksgiving. The hosts reached out to us to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay, they were great with communication. The property was equipped with everything we needed to prep our holiday dinner. The Cafe Bustelo coffee was delicious and the king bed my wife and I slept in was the most comfortable bed we’ve had at a VRBO. The hot tub was super inviting but we forgot our swimsuits. Enjoyed watching a cottontail rabbit on the front lawn the morning we checked out.

I love staying here, it is our home away from Texas. It has everything we need and more! They also have special touches from make-up removal towelettes, dish washing and washing machine detergent, kids plates and utensils, two water bottles in the fridge for you when you arrive, and great communication if you ever need anything else! The hot tub was awesome and we love the yard for the kids to play in. My kids always love to look for the bunnies in the back yard.

This was a great find. We very much enjoyed this property. Very clean and even had toys for my two little ones to play with. The hot tub was awesome after coming home from various locations in Colorado. Very convenient location also with supermarket near by and a great breakfast spot a block away. We look forward to hopefully getting this location next August.

The house is beautiful, well maintained and clean. They had a great set of kitchenware which came in handy as we ate two meals at the house each day. They also had a pack and play, some kid toys and books as well as dishes and utensils for toddlers- again helpful as we have young kids. The hosts were responsive and answered any questions I had ahead of time well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but also close to the main road so we could travel to Denver or Estes each day. We also had tons of bunnies in the yard that we enjoyed watching. Overall, great experience and would recommend their home to anyone interested.

The house made the week long tournament so much easier! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and even a crockpot so we could have dinner ready when we got back from the softball field! Great places to hangout on the couch or around the dinner table.

Perfect for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Loveland! The location was perfect, close to Estes Park for day trips and just minutes from great food and shopping. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were great to work with and communicated in a timely and helpful manner. Highly recommend!

Has everything you need

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation in Fort Collins. The distance was not an issue at all. The house has everything you need and anything you want near by. Was super clean with an easy check-in and checkout.

Lovely place!

We loved this place. It was exactly as advertised and so cute and comfortable with every amenity we could imagine. As frequent users of Vrbo in different cities, it’s rare to find a place with so many extras that really help you avoid extra trips to stores. We really appreciated that. Also, the super low key checkout process is so rare. I loved not having to strip beds, etc etc.The hosts have even negotiated discounts with local restaurants!The location was perfect for us as we were visiting schools in several towns and this was central. It’s not super near a lot of things to do - but it was exactly what we wanted for this trip.

Home was very clean, the bed was very comfortable as well as the sheets were exceptionally clean and smelled very fresh. All rooms and personal touches and home was a great place to stay!! Communication was great and they were very nreaponsice when I had any questions.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay so much! The house was squeaky clean and so adorable! The location made it easy to get to everything as well. When we enjoyed the hot tub, we were visited by two bunny rabbits in the backyard. It was so peaceful to relax and watch them while listening to the other nature sounds. Thank you for making everything great!

Family visit getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were amazing with communication and the house was perfect for our family. We loved the yard and everything was provided. This is the only VRBO we stayed at where checkout was not a list of things needed to do. It was amazing all around and we would absolutely stay there again when we visit family in Loveland.

Perfect for us!

The unit is spotless and very well-stocked. We were able to just walk in and feel at home right away. A quick trip to the grocery store for staples, but they had some things that not everyone has on hand, like a first-aid kit and plenty of coffee. Walking distance to restaurants and a playground, as well. Highly recommended!

Super cute and clean

This place is spotless and has everything you need. I appreciated that the hosts provided toiletries, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Communication was great and we had no issues. The house is close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked well maintained! And unlike some places, the hosts didn’t leave a list of chores for check out. Would definitely stay again!

Julie and Ross are a husband and wife team and have been involved in real estate together for over a decade, Julie grew up in Colorado and worked for a large corporation in sales as well as representing the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Ross is originally from England has owned and operated two fence companies and a sprinkler company for almost 30 years, he also served as a Colorado Firefighter. We spend most of our time working and raising our two kids. We have both worked in the hospitality business in our early careers and have really enjoyed making people happy with the short term rental market and will be opening another dog friendly version of Gateway to the Rockies, here in Loveland very soon.

This home has been updated from top to bottom, all fixtures are modern and very pleasant. you can come back to your home away from home, kick off your shoes, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, watch movies or venture out into beautiful Loveland and see how many amazing things this area has to offer. A short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park or check out some of the amazing restaurants is a must. If you want to stay home and cook, this is the place for you, it has it all.

Gateway to the Rockies is a private detached house and is very quiet. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and very close to highway 34 and literally everything is but a short drive. This a fantastic, super clean and private option for solo travelers on business or hosting for families who want either short or long term stays. The house has recently been remodeled to a high standard including new windows, kitchen, flooring, a/c, doors, literally everything, with our guest's total comfort in mind throughout the process. We custom purchased everything brand new and researched the best linens, beds, couches and paid close attention to blending Colorado style art but not cluttering the home with "stuff" and making it unusable. We focus heavily on feedback and our guests have all given us the best reviews and many frequent short term rental guests have told us this is one of the best places they have stayed in, which is just a wonderful thing for us to hear. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and looking for practical ways to make any guests stay the best it can be and offer the most value for all of our guests consistently.
