The Ridgeside Retreat: A quiet mountain home. The perfect base camp for RMNP!
Spoil yourself and your and fellow travelers by staying at this ideally-located mountain home! Views and privacy await you in this authentic Colorado getaway. Close to many vacation-friendly ideas such as hiking trails, lakes, shops, restaurants, parks, and a winery - all within a 15min radius!
The Space:
This two-level home is absolutely beautiful from the outside and bright and airy on the inside. A downstairs living space, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom make it perfect for a couple, but two additional upstairs bedrooms and a second full bath encourage you to bring the whole family along for a trip that will make your Colorado dreams come true!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full 3BR, 2BA home, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and an outdoor patio complete with grill and seating for 6.
Door Code:
Access is granted through a smart lock. We will send you the code the morning of your designated check-in date. You'll use this code for the duration of your stay.
Parking:
Up to three cars may be parked at The Ridgeside Retreat in the gravel driveway.
Internet & Connection:
The Ridgeside Reteat features Starlink internet, so working remotely is a breeze!
*Air Conditioning*
There is no central air conditioning. Window A/C units are in both upstairs bedrooms and fans are provided.

*House Rules*
If any of these rules are broken, you may be asked to leave immediately and fined a minimum of $250.
- Strict outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the Ridgeside Retreat, a $500 fine will be assessed for smoking indoors.
- We do not permit any parties, gatherings, events, fires, fireworks at the Ridgeside Retreat.
- No burning of items (ex. incense, candles, sage)
- Guests in excess of your approved guest count when booking are not permitted.
- The fireplace in the rental is only recommended for use by guests who have significant experience safely operating wood burning fireplaces. We do not provide wood, fire starters, or formal instructions to operate the unit. If you choose to use it, we ask that you do so with caution and at your own risk.

Hosts are not responsible for clearing snow, removing ice, or for access issues Guests may encounter due to snow or ice. Please be mindful of winter conditions and accountable for your own safety during your stay.
By booking this property, Guests agree that Hosts assume no liability for weather related damage or injury.
