The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation comprises one bedroom, furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – dimensions 140x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. A closet is available so that you can settle in comfortably.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
