The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, a dynamic and cosmopolitan town with a rich heritage, often compared to the Parisian Brooklyn. Ideally located opposite the famous Flea Market, the flat offers quick access to central Paris: about a 12-minute walk to metro lines 4, 13 and 14.
Direct metro and RER connections also serve the main Parisian train stations (Gare de Lyon, Gare Saint-Lazare, Gare du Nord) as well as Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly airports.

For walks, you will also enjoy the shops at Les Docks de Saint-Ouen, right next to La Communale, as well as La Serre Wangari, located near the vast Docks park.
