Tradewinds #103 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 remodeled full baths with new comfort height toilets. The master has an en suite bathroom with standalone shower. This unit has a 1 car limit. Sleeps 6

Tradewinds is a 14 story building located in Orange Beach about 5.4 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tradewinds has an indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool. The property also has a barbecue grilling area.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

September getaway

Loved the closeness to the ocean and the view. Location was great, not too congested , but close to restaurants. Grounds were pretty and well kept. Security officer made frequent rounds and had office on site. Very nice ,quiet and family friendly.

Beautiful View and Plenty of Beach Space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great as well as the pool. Condo is a little small but does the job. Stocked kitchen and it was great to have laundry in the condo. Our main complaint would be the main bedroom. You heat the elevator all night as well as others outside the window. We had someone banging on railing around 6 am one morning. Also they could use blackout curtains in the room because there is a light that makes the bedroom glow. Master bath is kinda small and hard to change in. Overall had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Happy to get home to catch up on rest. If you are looking for a close to the beach condo that has easy access to stairs or elevator then it would be great for you. If you are looking for peace and quiet to be able to rest then it may not be the best for you.

The location is good and beach access is perfect. The pool area is nice. The Tradewinds building is older and could use a bit of sprucing up. The interior hallway to the elevator is a little creepy. The exterior is well kept and security personnel is visible. I’m a bit perplexed why we need to drive 6 miles to Gulf Shored to pick up a parking pass in an envelope. In this digital age, we should be able to obtain the key code electronically and the parking pass could be placed in the condo. Overall a positive experience.
