Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 2 people, to rent in Saint-Malo.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, bakery, tobacconist/newsagent and car hire.
Saint-Malo Intra Muros is 1.4km away, and the famous Sillon beach is 700m away.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Bus: Nearest bus stop "TALARDS" served by lines 1 /4/5/ 8.
- SNCF train station: 350 m
- Rennes airport: 70 km from Rennes St Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal located 25 minutes' walk from the flat or 5 minutes' drive.

- Either independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 avenue Jean-Jaurès, 450m from the station and 400m from the accommodation. The nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is "Sécurité Sociale", lines 1 and 8.
- Or a physical reception: in this case, you will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the flat and give you the keys.
On site, the Cocoonr St Malo team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, will be on hand to help you throughout your stay to make it as pleasant as possible.
