We booked this condo because we stayed here two years ago and really loved the whole property, particularly the location of this villa. It is very close to the smaller pool, but not right on it. It overlooks a pond with a fountain. The view was lovely sitting on the porch every morning with coffee or having breakfast. The condo is conveniently all on the 1st floor. The resort is very quiet and uncrowded. The grandkids loved the big zero entry pool with the sprayers, and the playground in the back of the property.The condo is very nicely decorated. The living room and dining room furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of cookware and dishes for meals. There is also a pantry to store food now. Last time it had been locked with no where to put our items, but I was glad to see this resolved.The not so good is still the beds. They are pretty hard and the sheets really need to be replaced. We had this same issue two years ago and I think the same sheets are still being used. They are pilled, rough and threads are coming out of the middle. Also, there were not enough towels. There's one per person for 6 people, but no pool or beach towels. So be sure to bring your own.The toilet seats should probably be replaced too. They were pretty worn.We had a couple of issues with the a/c, gate code and garage remote, but management was quick to respond and resolve them for us.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again particularly for the location.
