Welcome to Casa Marina! Casa Marina is located in a gated residential community, very quiet, secluded and surrounded by nature. The beach is breathtaking and only a 3 min walk from the home! The home borders the Las Baulas National Park, home of the protected nesting grounds for leatherback, olive ridley and green sea
turtle species.
The home features a master bedroom suite and two connected efficiency apartments with each their own private entry, totaling three bedrooms and three baths. The master room adjoins the main kitchen and living space, great for gathering!
The master room is furnished with a king size bed. A twin trundle daybed is located in the master living area as well as a futon for additional sleeping arrangements. The master room and main kitchen include a six-burner gas stove and full oven, with plenty of cooking space to host a family meal!
The two additional rooms are each furnished with a queen bed and twin trundle daybed or full trundle under the queen bed. Both queen rooms include a private bathroom and kitchenette fully equipped with refrigerator, two burner electric stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster oven.
Each room is equipped with built in closets, safes, and surfboard racks! Several local outfitters can provide your surfboard rental as well as surf lessons and board repairs.
The property is fully enclosed offering a private tropical getaway complete with pool and ample seating space for outdoor activities. An outdoor dining table provides a wonderful spot for morning coffee, family meals, playing card games and catching up with family and friends!
Casa Marina is located within the quiet gated community of Palm Beach Estates. There are three restaurants within the neighborhood, each offering local as well as international dishes, absolutely something for everyone! There is also a small grocery store that provides any essentials that may be needed.
There is ample off street and gated parking available on the property. The neighborhood is patrolled by security day and night.
