Bienvenido a Casa Verde, aislada en Playa Grande, a solo 50 metros de la playa.

Ven y disfruta de Casa Verde en la prístina y hermosa playa de Playa Grande. Lo que nos hace únicos es que somos uno de los últimos hogares sin otras casas a nuestro alrededor. ¡Nada más que bosque tropical seco con la playa frente a nosotros! Si quieres paz y tranquilidad, excepto el océano, las aves y los animales, ¡este es el lugar para ti! Explore los alrededores naturales con abundantes pájaros y vida silvestre. Playa Grande, parte del Parque Nacional Las Baulas, es el lugar de anidación de la tortuga laúd gigante de noviembre a marzo. También es famoso por su surf de clase mundial con derechos e izquierdas frente a la casa.

Casa Verde es amplia y luminosa con vistas a la piscina virgen, jardines naturales, especialmente plantados para pájaros y mariposas, y al océano azul. Alquile toda la casa o cualquier combinación para su conveniencia. Las habitaciones tienen entradas separadas desde el corredor / lanai para mayor privacidad y puedes alquilar una individualmente. Una tienda de comestibles y 3 restaurantes a 5 minutos a pie de la casa, así como panaderías y camiones de pescado que pasan por la casa dos veces por semana. Continuamente renovado y extremadamente bien mantenido, Casa Verde es su hogar lejos del hogar, incluyendo camas ortopédicas con almohadas, sábanas de algodón de alta calidad con hilos de alta calidad y toallas extra grandes de algodón 100%. Todas las habitaciones incluyen baños nuevos de azulejos y vidrio, aire acondicionado, refrigeradores, TV por cable, WiFi, ventiladores de techo, agua caliente y rejillas para surf.

Casa Verde is wonderful spot with great beach access. The owners and the staff were very helpful! We saw lots of monkeys and birds while relaxing outside by the pool. We would definitely book here again!

We were so fortunate to stay here for a month! Absolutely PERFECT location if you like things off the beaten path. We loved our hosts-all of my questions and requests were immediately answered and tended to by Kristi and Doug. They were absolutely incredible. We loved having the pool and an outdoor shower (and hose) to rinse the beach sand off our toes. Plan accordingly for groceries as there isn’t a whole lot of cupboard space. But you do get lots of windows! Also, make sure you bring food containers for left overs if you plan to stay a while and prepare your food at the house. The kitchen doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but it makes up for it in location as well as the property managers making sure you’re content.

Fabulous house close to the beach

Great house for two families. Lots of privacy and it was wonderful to have the pool but be so close to the beach. Several restaurants just a short walk away.

Beautiful secluded spot. Closest house to the beach. Walking distance to Tamarindo but the estruary (need to take a water taxi across) keeps this gem peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful spot for a family vacation

Casa Verde is a clean, comfortable, spacious property right on the beach in a fantastic gated community in Playa Grande. The pool is also fantastic - we spent our days lounging poolside with intermittent trips down to the pristine beach to jump in the (large) waves, and at night we ate at one of the neighborhood restaurants (Cantarana is our fav) before crashing in the very comfortable beds back at the house.

Playa Grande is Lovely

This is a wonderful property on a quiet beach. Very close to the beach and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

We have been to the Playa Grande area a few times and love the area of Casa Verde, and the property itself. The house is secluded and private with excellent beach access. Kristi was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Second time at Casa Verde

We are repeat lodgers at Casa Verde. Obviously, we would not have booked it a second time if we didn't have a great experience. Same thing held for our second visit. The owner is very responsive and the property managers Kristi and Doug are awesome. The house is great and a 2min walk to the beach. This was our 6th trip to Playa Grande and the first time we've stayed in the same house twice. Would not hesitate to rebook.

Amazing vacation! The house was perfect for our family of 6 especially being all adults! Pool was the icing! The patio area was our hangout rain or shine! We love how close it is to the beach and to our favorite restaurant the Cantarana( the Acai bowls are the best!)The property managers are the best! Very informative and helpful!

Amazing house, pool and beach

Absolutely loved this house. The beach is steps away. Really have a secluded portion of the beach at all times to your self. Kristi and Doug helped us with anything we needed. They were great. Feels like your own resort to yourself. Also thought the separate living quarters was great for privacy yet a communal hangout. Definitely will come back!

Wonderful family vacay!

We had the best Thanksgiving trip to Costa Rica, and Casa Verde was the perfect house for my family to stay in. We had a large group, but each family had their own separate space which was great. Pool was used non stop by all the kids. And the beach is so close that we could go back and forth with no problem. We cooked some at the house which was easy, and we went to all of the local restaurants. Can't wait to go back...should be an annual trip for us and we will stay in this house each time...

FANTASTIC SPOT!

Wish we could have stayed at this home longer. It's as close to the beach as you can get! My boys loved heading out to surf several times a day! The home itself is spacious and was stocked with everything you could need. The pool was also very refreshing. Had an issue with the lock on one of the doors and the manager was over immediately to address the issue. Highly recommend!

Location! Location! Location!

Wow, we could not have asked for easier access to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor shower and pool were a great way to rinse off and relax after a day at the beach. We stopped at a grocery store on the way and were so glad we did. Kristi was an amazing host and got back to me right away answering any questions I had and giving recommendations. Marcos delivered surf and boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas to the house. We stayed during low season so transportation was a challenge until Kristi gave me Alvaro’s contact info.

This property was perfect for our family. We had five adults and one four year old. The beach is very close, clean and had beautiful sunsets. You really need something for shade because it is hot (July 30th to August 6th.) We did not have anything so our time was spent in the water then back at the pool. It was perfect. It is not an easy house to find. If we had not run into one of the property managers we would have had a hard time. The house is called Casa Verde but there is no sign. We suggest that the owners put in the public beach as a pin so that it is easier to find the house. They mention there is a gate but it is just a chain between two posts. Which was fine, but we were looking for an actual gate. The property managers were very helpful. We had a storm late one night and it fried the cable to the router and they fixed within a few hours the next day. We highly recommend this vacation rental. We had a blast...love Costa Rica.
