Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² house in Ryes for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 3 & 4: each with two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 50 m² enclosed and private garden to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Ryes, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
