Cocoonr agency offers this 55 m² house in Ryes for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a private garden of around 50 m² as well as the communal park. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with three single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- 50 m² south-facing terrace
- An enclosed, private 50 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Ryes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (2 vehicles).
