Great stay!

The place was lovely and in a great location. Less than a ten minute Uber drive, and the place was very spacious. The host was super responsive and very easy to work with! We will definitely stay again.

good location

Overall the property is in a good location, easy to get around Nashville. The owner Monte' is very attentive and helpful. The stay was enjoyable, we would stay here again

Comfortable, good location

The location was great, easy to find. Very comfortable and happy atmosphere. Has everything you would need for a stay. Monté was very helpful and responsive!

Good location, comfortable space

The location just south of downtown Nashville was very convenient for getting into the city (though it took a while for some Uber/Lyft drivers to get there). The space was comfortable and having two bedrooms was really nice.

Very nice, clean and convenient

Very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Convenient location. The only downside was the steps which were a little hard to navigate for us older folks. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. Thank you!

Monte’s place is well situated for an easy stay in Nashville

Monte’ was super responsive to questions. Check in was easy. The property is a cheap Uber ride from downtown Nashville and located in a quiet suburb.

Cute cozy place!

We loved how easy it was to get downtown with an uber. Communication with the host was excellent. There was not an ice maker or ice cube trays so bring ice for your cocktails!!

Very clean and close to intestate

Property was very neat and clean. Well stocked. Close to interstate and a very easy drive to downtown. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Only downside is the stairs to get down to the unit Would definitely recommend

Great Find

Cute and charming, this property is all that’s advertised. Unit is stocked with everything needed. Just a quick ride to downtown and all the attractions. Host is super responsive and helpful.

Nashville concert

We had a great time all around. We went to a concert one night and then spent a full day exploring Nashville. I thought the location was good. We used Uber to getbus around. No troubles. The place was perfect for us. Especially, when you want to call it quits for the night and get away from the chaos of the Downtown area. I would stay here again.

Cute spot!

It was a cute place, comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I loved the back yard and the neighborhood. The only downsides were the towels and linens, which were well worn and had an odor, probably from their washer. Also, I walk with a cane and did not see anything about having to go downstairs to get to the lower portion of the house. The railing does not extend to the bottom steps and was scary to walk down in the dark when we arrived.

Great for Soccer Games

Great stay, clean property and host was responsive. We would have appreciated having the unit letter prior to arriving as both units shares the same street number. Host was quick to send the keypad code when I frantically texted at 6 pm as we were boarding our flight! Super convenient to Geodis if you are attending a soccer game. The walk back was way faster than driving or rideshare.

Highly Recommended

Monte is very friendly and accommodating. Very responsive. Looked after any requests we had promptly. Very close to groceries, alcohol, supplies, etc. The apartment is the lower back. Two guys in the upper front half were nice, friendly and quiet throughout our stay. You can hear them walking upstairs but nothing out of the ordinary. Property was spotless. Felt like a safe neighborhood. People were friendly. Short walk to a must go - Santas Pub $8-$10 Lyft/Uber to the heart of Broadway. A great place, location and price!

Great Condo — Not so Easy Check In

We were generally very happy with the condo. Very clean and a short Uber ride to Broadway. The only issue we had was getting the code to work when we arrived. I messaged the owner right away and he called. Spent a long time and several phone calls to finally get code working — frustrating way to start our vacation after traveling all day and everyone was anxious to go out and experience Nashville and we were delayed with the door code issue.
