This cottage is housed in a historic building, comprising two year-round rentals: one next to the cottage, the other above. The property has a shared entrance. Parking is in the large courtyard. The cottage has a small garden shaded by a straw mattress with a table, chairs, and barbecue, allowing you to enjoy a private outdoor space. You will be charmed by the spacious rooms, the interior space, and the functionality of this rental. This cottage comprises: - a large living room with a lounge area (TV), a dining area with a large wooden table, and an open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, and washing machine) - two bedrooms: one double bed and two single beds (70x190 cm) - a bathroom with a large shower - a separate toilet.
