You will love this beautifully renovated and decorated two-story condo ONE BLOCK from Americas Cup Drive and Bowens Wharf! Explore everything Newport has to offer. Walk to shops, restaurants and stroll the picturesque neighborhoods. Enjoy breakfast at the Franklin Spa Diner across the street. View St. Mary's Church on the corner where JFK and Jackie were married. Easy stroll to the enchanting Cliff Walk with panoramic ocean views and beaches less than 1 mile away.
Plenty of room with over 1200 sq ft of living space on two levels. Kitchen, living area and half bath with laundry on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bath on second floor. Full bath boasts quartz countertop and double sinks. TV in main bedroom. Ceiling fans and window AC units in all the bedrooms and living area. Fully stocked new kitchen with quartz countertop and charming original hardwood floors throughout.
*Street parking only. Guests will receive a residential parking pass to use during their stay.

We absolutely loved this rental. We felt so welcome and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see. The kitchen was wonderful (we cooked breakfast every day) and well stocked. The whole apartment was clean and very bright with excellent amenities. We would definitely rent it again.

Excellent Trip - Prime Location

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Everything is as pictured - clean and bright. Communication and the check in/out process was easy. Had no problem finding parking. And the location was central to everything that we wanted to do! Thanks for hosting us!

Great Stay in town in Newport

We absolutely loved our stay in Newport! Kathy was a fabulous host and the home was perfect. Close to all and equipped with all we needed to quickly settle in. We loved being in the middle of the town and able to walk out to all the stores and restaurants, but it can be a bit noisy on the weekends in the evening, so just a note if you need total quiet at night. We will definitely be back when we return to Newport.

Beautiful Downtown Newport Apartment

The location could not be better! Super convenient, you can walk to anywhere but still relatively quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were roomy. We loved our stay!

Perfect Girls Getaway

Kathy’s place was the absolute perfect location for a girls get together. Nearly everything was in walking distance, nearby street parking was easy to find, and the place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Kathy was super responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay

Perfect for a girl's trip or for any trip. Location is perfect and Kathy responded so quickly with any questions we had. We had a tasty breakfast 20 ft away from property. Would highly recommend!!

Great stay for wedding weekend (& with a 6 month old!)

My family and I were in Newport last weekend to celebrate my sisters wedding, and since I have a six month old I knew I didn’t want to be cramped into a hotel room. We found this unit available and it was walking distance to where everyone else was staying (the Hammetts) so it couldn’t have worked out better. The unit was clean and spacious, and very comfortable for my husband and I, my in-laws, and our six month old baby boy. The only minor inconvenience was that the dishwasher wasn’t working throughout the stay. Overall, great property and will definitely rebook if I ever come back to Newport!!

Perfect location

We loved our stay. Property manager was very helpful with recommendations for dining. We had a wonderful time. We did rent a car and had no trouble parking because of the provided residential parking pass. This was a great benefit to us!

Amazing Newport location

We went to Newport for a 3 day weekend and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The apartment was just as listed and had everything we could have needed for our stay. Kathy is a wonderful host, the lobster pot was missing and she had a new one delivered the next day! The location was perfect, walking distance to Bowens Wharf was very convenient. Looking forward to a return trip!

Perfect stay in Newport!

We had an amazing time staying at this lovely apartment in Newport. The location was absolutely ideal, as it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore. Prime location!

We loved our stay! Terrific location, walking distance to all of the great bars and restaurants downtown in Newport. Kathy was super responsive and helpful with tips for parking as well.

Perfect Newport Getaway

Kathy’s property is in a perfect location! I’m from Newport and couldn’t have asked for a better setup to come home to visit family. The home itself is adorably decorated and had everything you could ever need. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Walking distance to everything. She was also a pleasure to coordinate with and extremely responsive. We look forward to our next stay!

Family Stay

Kathy was very responsive during the booking process. Property was in perfect location and it was very clean. This apartment had a very welcoming charm from the moment we walked in. Kitchen was very modern and there was much attention paid to the interior decorticating details throughout the property. Bedrooms were spacious and the entire place was spotless. Overall five star experience from the host to all the details of the property.

Clean, cute, and perfect location!

This is a beautiful property! Probably one of the nicest VRBO properties my family and I have visited. Kathy was quick to respond to any questions. In addition, she provided a thoughtful welcome binder with all check-in and check-out procedures. Also listed were great city recommendations. The space provided all the room my adult family of six and I needed. Great central location! So many wonderful walking opportunities. And it was so CLEAN! Should we visit the area again, we will definitely stay at this property. While not a problem for my family, there are several steps, with inside steps being a bit narrow, that should be noted. Certainly a 5/5 property rating from me! Thank you, Kathy, for a great stay.
