Best location in all of Midtown--one block from Peachtree "Miracle Mile" and one block to Piedmont Park, all while being tucked away in upscale Ansley Park residential neighborhood. Walk to it all! Atlanta's best dining and night life, the cultural and arts hub of the city, and the Midtown / Downtown business district are at our doorstep. Stroll through the High Museum, botanical Gardens, Woodruff Arts Center, Fox Theater, or take Marta subway anywhere!

We have been hosting this property since 2017 on Airbnb under the same name https://abnb.me/zEBYEm0r0mb, but want to make it available to those who prefer VRBO.

The Space
This is truly the best location in all of Atlanta. Walkable to everything in Midtown, yet it's on a quiet street in the historic and upscale Ansley Park neighborhood.

Compound Guests have access to all 3 spaces:
1. Main House - (2 story) with 3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths
2. Mother In-Law Apartment - (3rd story) 2 bedroom / 1 bath
3. Carriage House - Detached 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath

*Free off-street parking for 3 vehicles

Other things to note:
We have exterior security cameras and do not allow guests to host parties or entertain additional unauthorized/undisclosed guests.

A great place when you have a lot of people to house in central Atlanta. As advertised. We had a large group coordinating three cars going to events downtown and in Decatur and this was perfect. We even baked a birthday cake. Indoor and outdoor hang out spaces. Do check on accessibility if any of your group has mobility issues as rooms are on different levels (two of the beds are in a loft involving a ladder). Hosts were very communicative and answered questions in advance.

Spacious and communal

The house was beautiful and big enough for everyone comfortably and allowed us to meet freely right at the house. Very easy to walk to lots of cool places too

Lovely Stay for a Large Group

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our large group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The luxury sheets and towels were a lovely touch that made the stay feel extra special. Although parts of the house were under construction due to a leak the host informed us and it didn’t impact our stay at all. The location is fantastic – super walkable, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious rental in a great neighborhood!"

Beautiful Home in Excellent Location

We really enjoyed staying here. The home is old, beautiful and in a great location. Communication with the owner was easy and access in and out was a breeze. There were issues with the home that were communicated to us prior to our arrival so we were aware that there would be condition changes to the home. They were generally acceptable upon check in. Things to note are that some bedrooms have glass doors which lack privacy and should be detailed. Also, there's a "bedroom" on the second floor without a closet, dresser, a glass door and no access to a full bathroom without going through another bathroom. This should be disclosed.

Excellent location and lodging for a family trip to Atlanta.

My family was in town for a graduation celebration and this house was perfectly suited to accommodate extended family while offering privacy with the many separated bedrooms and areas of the house. The house was very clean and has many common spaces for the family and kids to gather. Outdoor space was lovely as well. Owner was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this rental!

Terrific location and house

We had a great stay. There were seven colleagues attending a conference at the nearby Woodruff Arts Center. The house was a five minute walk to the Arts Center. Location was perfect with several outstanding dining options in the area. The only complaint was that we were not aware that all of the full bathrooms were located inside bedrooms. So, there were a few guests in rooms that had to intrude on others to have access to the shower or bath. It created an uncomfortable situation when we were dividing up sleeping spaces. All in all though, our stay was easy and comfortable.

Amazing Space

My family rented this space while visiting Atlanta to attend my wedding. The space is beautiful, and was able to host 18 family members. Plenty of common spaces, and multiple kitchens. But also plenty of private space for those who wanted to do their own thing. Great communication from the start. The process for checking in went seamlessly, and I can only say excellent things about this experience. If you're looking to stay in a beautiful neighborhood and home, I highly recommend this space. Great value for the space.

Beautiful Location, Great Communication

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house(s) we’re absolutely perfect. We had a large group, and we had an abundance of space and options to make everyone comfortable. The home was clean. The location was perfect- convenient to many areas and felt very safe. The host was great to work with. She shared her number before arrival, and was available for questions and concerns! I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great, large house for a girls’ reunion weekend

We had a great time in Atlanta for a girls’ weekend retreat! There were eight professional women in our group (all 35-40 yo) traveling from all over the country, and we all got to the house easily from the airport and highways. Reserving the house was straightforward, and check-in was a breeze. There are so many bedrooms and bathrooms that it was very comfortable for all of us to be in the house, get ready, relax, etc. We also took advantage of the stocked kitchen and made some of our own meals. If we had not been there in January, I imagine we would have spent some time in the delightful courtyard. Overall, this is a fantastic, large house that can accommodate a big group and is in a safe and accessible location.
