2b bedrooms with queen beds . 1 bathrooms, one with shower tub combo and the master walkin shower with double sink vanity.
Dining room that serves 4.  full kitchen with gas stove and beautiful living, and of course, we can't forget the fiber wifi 😊
When we furnished the house, we wanted it to be functional and fun.
We have a full kitchen so you can enjoy some homemade meal. We have books and some adult board games along with a 65" TV and a huge sectional so you can enjoy some movie time ..
it is important that you understand that this is a duplex separated by a locked door to the other unit. you will share the driveway with the duplex guests if it's occupied during your stay.
but none of the living space is shared with anyone. if you're looking to reserve the entire house we may be able to arrange that for an extra fee.
Also, if you have a special request or want to surprise a friend/ significant other, we are happy to order some balloons, flowers, Champaign, chocolate covered strawberries, and set up the place for you 😊

My stay

The duplex was nice and clean only cons are no tvs in the room and the shared door in the duplex and the neighborhood was not hood heard gunfire multiple times a night as well as loud music all night homeless walking around up and down the street

Horrible experience

I have ask for my money back and no response. The property was not as described when ordered and they had someone else staying in the back bedroom and bath with only a door between us.

Close to downtown, quiet, and cute.

I liked being 5 to 10 from riverwalk and botanical gardens. Enjoyed my stay. Walked to Tank's for pizza. Would stay again.

Nice little place.

We stayed here because we needed a place close to the AT&T center, and it did not disappoint. Host was very responsive and polite. Home is older, but has some recent updates and was very comfortable to be in.

Not what is described on the profile

It's a duplex and u have to share your space with some other ppl and don't have access to whole property not even the back yard. Had to sleep with a chair on my bedroom door beacsue i was afraid of someone coming in from the other unit.

Great House Sketchy Neighborhood

The property itself was great, clean, and everything that was described in the listing. However, the neighbors were very loud. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and had to hear their loud music for over 6 hours. The last night we were there, we were woken up by extremely loud banging on the neighbor’s door. All in all, not a very quiet place to stay.

A Short Visit

The host was excellent and very accommodating. The inside was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house has been remodeled and there are some peculiarities like oddly placed switches and receptacles, one door was hung upside down. None of those things affected our stay. The place was as it was advertised and was a good value for the money...That's why we chose it. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy with some run down houses and yards but not all. Some were also very well maintained and charming. The location was close enough to everything and we took a short Lyft ride into town, and it was fine. We did hear some noise at night from the folks who stayed in the back half of the little house. But in that sense it was not annoying but people who stay need to be aware that there are others in the building. We did not feel threatened in any way and we didn't lose any sleep over it. Overall, it was very much worth the price that we paid, maybe even a pretty good deal for a short stay (3 nights). The host was very communicative and available throughout our stay. We would stay there again as we felt like we got a good bang for our buck.

Animal lovers we have 6 persian cats and 2 chow chows we love them to death and they tolerate us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

when we furnished the house we wanted it to be functional,  fun but not to the point where you love it too much and  forget to explore the beautiful San Antonio.

However if you decide to stay in we have a full kitchen so you can enjoy some cooking. we have books and some adult board games along with a 65" TV and a huge sectional so you can enjoy some movie time ..
Also if you have a special request or want to surprise a friend/ significant other, we are happy to order some balloons, flowers, Champaign, chocolate covered strawberries... etc . We would love to make it happen.
