Harbourside house with private pool - amazing sea views!

Cornerwall House is a delightfully charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house, that is situated right on the bay of Governor's Harbour. Built in 1905 as a ship captain’s home, Cornerwall has recently undergone a complete renovation. It now offers all of the modern comforts and amenities visitors look for in a vacation rental, yet still maintains its historic architectural charm.

The space
Cornerwall's spectacular harbour view can be appreciated from within most of the house. The property's three bedrooms are on the second floor, each opening onto a balcony and the mesmerizing sea views beyond. Each bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bath finished in coral stone. Two of the bedroom suites have king beds and the third has a queen.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living room with two separate sitting areas, a full kitchen, and a dining area. The living room opens onto a beautiful pool and sun deck, with lounge chairs where you can lay and watch the sailboats passing by. Pool heating during the winter months can be added for $300 per week. Please ask if you would like this to be added to your reservation.

Cornerwall is conveniently close to the main hub of Governor's Harbour. There are two supermarkets, several restaurants & a great little coffee shop, gift shops, and two banks (with Atm services) nearby.

If you require any concierge services, we are more than happy to assist. These include provisioning for groceries and alcohol prior to arrival, airport pick up/drop off, car rental, chef services, spa services, etc. Simply contact us with any queries you may have.

At Squires Estate, your well-being is our top priority. We are taking the Covid-19 virus very seriously and want to ensure your comfort and safety when booking any one of our properties. We have recently amended our cancellation policy to "Moderate", which allows cancellation without penalty, any time up to 5 days ahead of your arrival. We are also enhancing our already first-rate cleaning regimen, to ensure all housekeeping staff wear PPE while preparing your vacation rental, as well as supplying our guests with hand soap and sanitizer. We are disinfecting all hard surfaces with approved cleaning agents between stays as we have always done. We are happy to facilitate a seamless, and contact-less check-in should you require this, and can also arrange for provisions to be delivered to your rental ahead of your arrival and assist with any other requests that may arise.
