There's nothing like a lake vacation, and this four-bedroom home is the ideal place to experience a fun-filled getaway with friends and family. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a handsome fireplace and lots of comfortable furniture. After a fun day on the lake, head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. (Family breakfasts are a great time to connect around the kitchen table with four chairs.) You'll love the lake views from the furnished private deck while you take advantage of the free WiFi to research a fun outdoor adventure. Challenge someone to a match at the shared tennis court then enjoy a cool-down swim in the community pool. The home's private washer and dryer will ensure everyone looks their very best during your stay.

Spacious home with real mountain view!

Amazing to have separate bath for every bedroom! We rented for college graduation and had our elder parents and young adults altogether. Porch and views are absolute treasure of property. Would rent again (that’s an unbelievable compliment from me 😃)

The Porch is the place to be!

We had a wonderful week at Our Mountain Home. The view from the back porches was lovely and we spent a lot of time there including eating most meals on the porch. The deep toned wind chimes added a lovely touch. The cabin was homey and comfortable with many unique pieces of furniture and decor items that we found charming. We had a lovely time and would be happy to stay again.

Comfortable and spacious!

This is a comfortable home with multiple seating areas and a private bath attached to each bedroom. The view from both back porches was beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, cookware, etc. Our family of six had plenty of room. We would definitely be interested in staying here again!

Loved our stay!!!

Plenty of room, great view from upstairs balcony, near visitor's center, pool, and kids' playground. The place felt quite cozy. The only negative - the mattresses in the two upstairs bedrooms need to be replaced due to being way too loud. Just turning over in the night in either bed would wake your spouse. Loved the place and our stay - especially the walk around the lake and the mountain flowers and foliage.

Family reunion

Definetly need to do some serious property updates.Patio funiture falling apart, mattresses needed to be replaced, carpets needed to be cleaned, couch had holes in it, I sat on a dining chair and fell to the floor, removed another dining chair that the legs were loose on, no eating/drinking dishes/cups available in the downstairs unit, a shelf fell off the refrigerator door after placing a bottle of water in it. I contacted the mobile unit to notify of the incidents and there was no follow up from them. Location was great, certainly wouldn't recommend for a family outing unless updates are made.

Quiet and convenient

The house was very clean. Location is good and quickly accessible to Waynesville and Asheville. The paper and toiletries provided were of good quality and sufficient to last the entire time we were staying there. The mechanicals (mainly AC at this time of the year) worked with no problems. The house layout was good for having privacy for multiple households. The view of the lake from the upstairs balcony was great and we enjoyed the balcony's. Even the maximum of two parking places was ok since you could park at the bottom of the hill without a problem. We've rented houses of this size and price range for many years and this was one of the best.

Perfect sunrise view

The home had a wonderful view of Lake Junaluska. The property was easy to get to. The home was very comfortable and super adequate for our 6 guests. Had a great view of the sunrise each morning and a comfortable rear deck with rocking chairs. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Home was very clean. Props to the cleaning staff

We made a good decision

The house has excellent lake view overlooking the lake. It is very clean. It has many large size beds and four bathrooms to fit our need. We will rent it again if we revisit this area.

Spring Break at the Lake (Junaluska)

The house was more than enough and perfect for our meager needs. Out all day at beautiful nearby hiking and sightseeing, but great to come back to a roomy comfortable place with a balcony deck and view we’ll miss but never forget.
