The main floor offers three bedrooms: the first with a full-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower; the second with two twin beds, sharing a Jack and Jill full bath with the third bedroom, which also has a full-size bed. A fourth bedroom is located on the bright lower level with a separate entrance, a full-size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Pet Policy:
A well-behaved dog may be allowed with prior owner approval. Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not permitted on beds or furniture. To ensure cleanliness, provided towels and linens are not for pet use. Please be a responsible pet owner; failure to follow these guidelines may result in an additional cleaning fee. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival. If you wish to bring more than one dog, prior approval is required, and an additional pet fee will be requested after the reservation is confirmed.

Important Notice:
Bringing a pet without prior approval or payment of the $150 per pet fee will result in a $500 pet penalty per unauthorized pet and may lead to immediate eviction.
