When you start to work up an appetite, fire up the private gas grill for a backyard barbecue. Keep the party going outside around the outdoor firepit when the sun starts to set. If you want to up the ante, head into the converted garage game room for some friendly competition. It was recently upgraded with a new pool table, or you can work on your alignment on the practice putting green, go head-to-head with a few rounds of Ping-Pong, or duke it out on the Capcom Street Fighter video game console. Giant-size Connect 4 and Jenga are also available.

The open-concept interior features strong natural lighting and modern essentials, including central air-conditioning, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking with a brand-new fridge and stove. A built-in breakfast bar, dining nook, and formal dining table offer options for where to enjoy your meal. Kick back in the electric sofa recliners and find your favorite shows and movies to stream before heading to bed.

This single-level layout features a primary suite with direct access to the pool deck and an en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two active security cameras: one over the front door focused on the front of the home and driveway, and one on the front right side of the home focused on the driveway.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
